Staff was very kind and helpful. Place was quiet and clean breakfast was top notch every morning.

I arrived here after having surgery in Naperville. Sam at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. She inquired regarding my surgery and I just found her to be very thoughtful , pleasant, and kind. My room was super nice and clean and the air-conditioning was working great as it was over 90 degrees outside. Later the power went out because I'd left the light on in my bathroom too long from taking a bath and Sam was right there to help me. The shower and bath were also very nice, clean and working well.

Not a lot of restaurants will deliver in this area in my experience, others close @830 pm and lots of the locations are only fast food.

The staff was over and above accommodating! Very friendly! Let us use one of the freezers to keep ice cream from Oberweis Dairy to have while we were home for Christmas! I was raised in Aurora, I'm 65 yrs old. I will be staying there from now on anytime we go back!

My boyfriend and I flew into Chicago on our way to Greenbay for the thanksgiving game and this experience, check-in, room, amenities, comfort, privacy, parks, accessibility, value, breakfast, etc was the best of all three places we stayed on our week long experience. Honestly, this was the most comfortable and safe, cheerful lodging we have had in a long time.

The shampoo / toiletries could have been better but that’s being nit picky. We also would have LOVED a hot tub availability during our November/December stay. Everything was great really. Oh, the water pressure could have been stronger. But again that’s picking out the minute details we would have changed. Lived staying here. And will consider other comfort inn and suites in the future!

The water pressure wasn’t the best but that’s okay because it was hot water and it worked. Also the pool closed at 8:00 pm which sucks. We were hoping it was open until 9:00 or 10:00 at least.

I didn't enjoy paying double. I thought I only had to pay Booking.com $125, but then had to pay the hotel $125 plus $150 security deposit. My total charge for 1 night stay was $400! I really wish that was explained before I confirmed my stay. I'd like to stay here again but the "hidden fees" will probably not make that happen.

Breakfast was a nice treat. The employee kept area clean and tidy and made sure food was replenished as necessary. I left my shirt in room and she ran down to my car to catch me before leaving. My husband always leaves something behind so he got a kick out of it being me this time 😆. By the way the room was clean and bed very comfortable.

cable tv service, felt there was not a great variety of programs. shower curtain hanger was coming out of walls. no toliet plunger in bathroom. wish there had been two more luggage stands by wall of bathroom.

The beds were comfortable. Room was clean and stayed warm. Free parking.

The hallway to the room smelled like weed/ciggarette smoke. The water pressure in the shower was really bad/shower head was gross and needs to be replaced. When we checked in, the front desk associate was on her cell phone (with AirPods) on a call while checking us in. Had to do a $100 deposit plus room charge.
