Not a big faceless hotel, but relaxing and welcoming. Very clean. Excellent choice at breakfast. Ideally located for visiting the city. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. could not do enough to help you, special mention for Nina Stodolak, we were trying to arrange a trip to Auschwitz, and Nina arranged everything, kept us informed, went above and beyond in helping us, excellent customer service.

We caught a bus from Krakow Airport to town. A very simple, fast and cheap option. From the bus stop it was a 300m walk to the hotel. We had two 80 year old parents with us and they found it flat and easy going. Every 1 of the hotel staff that we encountered on our stay were very friendly and could not help enough. The hotel is a very flat 15m walk into the Old Town. You are about 200m from the river, where there are plenty of Sky Bars to go to in the evening if you want to have panoramic night views of the castle and river. We had great breakfasts but never had supper at the Hotel. The outside sitting area was pleasant but had no views but we did not mind.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend who has stayed in the hotel when they visited Krakow last year. It was the perfect location, close to the old town (about a 15/20 minute walk) which is where we spent most of our time exploring, close to plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the room itself was beautiful and big, bonus points for the super comfy bed! A nice little touch that we liked was that if you put a sign on the door before 1pm you could get a free glass of wine over room cleaning

All staff at the hotel in Wygoda were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful in sorting tours. They were patient, and a credit to their organisation. The room was very clean, comfortable and excellently serviced when requested. Breakfast was great and varied. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Thank you and well done!👍

A point to bear in mind. I had originally started a booking, and thought I had booked the other Leonardo Boutique Hotel on Swietej Gertrudy, which is on the other side of the old town. When we arrived at that hotel, we were told they did not have a booking for us, and staff there weren’t particularly concerned in helping sort the situation. ☹️

We really liked our room – it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Since we had an early morning tour to Auschwitz, the hotel kindly prepared a lunch box for us, which we really appreciated. After the tour, we came back to the hotel to rest before heading out again for the Salt Mine, and they let us hang out in the pool table area while we waited. Our luggage was safely stored after checkout, which made everything so easy and convenient. Great service and perfect for a short stay!

While we were waiting in the lounge area between tours, a few staff members kept watching us quite closely. We didn’t mind explaining why we were there, but the way they looked at us felt a bit uncomfortable — almost as if we were doing something wrong. It would’ve been nicer to feel more at ease, especially since we were allowed to stay there after checking out.

I liked that the hotel had an interesting design — everything was light and white, very cozy. There was water and a coffee machine in the room, everything was neat. A pleasant surprise: at the reception they offered me a free glass of wine. The breakfast was very tasty — definitely a big plus. And I especially appreciated the terrace: it was nice to enjoy breakfast outside in the fresh air, which is important to me. The staff were friendly and polite. Another nice touch — I was able to check in at 2 p.m., even though the official check-in time was from 3. That matters. There was a TV, everything worked. The room overall was fine. I’ll mention a few downsides separately, but overall the impression was positive.

A major downside for me was that the windows in the room didn’t open at all. The air felt stale — even though there was ventilation and air conditioning, I really wanted to open a window and let in some fresh air, especially in summer. It was a bit suffocating, like you couldn’t really breathe. Honestly, it gave me a slight feeling of claustrophobia, being completely sealed in. I was glad I only stayed one night. Another issue was the water pressure — it was very weak. I mean, you could shower, technically, but it didn’t feel like you were actually getting clean. Despite the overall cleanliness of the bathroom and the room, these were serious drawbacks that definitely affected my experience.

pros: good location. tucked out the way so no traffic or tram noise. 10-15 minutes walk to main square. Tram & bus stop is around the corner. bed is very comfy. room good size. breakfast had plenty of choice. staff were nice and helpful. air con good for overnight and regulating temp. cons: evening/lunch basically non existent and not very nice so find food elsewhere. no opening windows and air con isn't good enough to get rid of bathroom steam so the room smelled a bit damp/musty when you come back to it after a day out. shower leaked so bathroom floor was soaked after use. no soundproofing on windows it seems as dust carts at 5am weren't pleasant. same with sound from corridors, could hear cleaners starting at 8am which isn't too bad but I like my sleep!

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of local dishes. We especially liked the pickled vegetables, fresh fruits, and selection of cheeses — everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

At times, it felt like there weren’t quite enough staff around, during breakfast, one person was handling both serving and clearing tables, which looked a bit overwhelming. Also, I noticed a few drink marks left on the lobby tables, which could have been cleaned more promptly.

The hotel was very modern, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They offered free coffee, tea and condiments all day for hotel guests. Breakfast was very satisfying and with many different options to chose from, even though we didn't have the chance to enjoy it all of the days of our stay since we had early morning tours. The location was great in city center. It is not very close to old town but it is withing walking distance of about 15 minutes. I would stay there again.

Everything was great. If i had to tell one negative it's the location, which is not really a negative since it is within a walking distance of the old town and there is a nice park close to it.

With a short walk to the old town, the hotel is located at the end of a quiet alley which ensures quiet surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and it was really nice to sit outside in the garden. Our room was quite large with corner windows to the garden. The king-size bed was very comfortabl. You can adjust the A/C to match your needs. Room has a minifridge, coffee/tea machines, safety box, hairdryer and two free bottles of water. My only complaint would be the uneven structure of the floors: there were multiple shallow plots under the carpeting - like the concrete below hadnt been structured properly. It was a weird thing to suddenly step in a plot 1 cm lower than the surrounding floor.
