I am frequent traveler and I can say that front desk team was the best of the best! Totally exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and effortless. As this was my first time in Split, they were very helpful especially with recommendations for local attractions. Overall, the staff at Hotel Ambasador Split made me feel like a VIP, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning! Thank you again 🙏🏻

Everything was wonderful! The lovely lady at reception surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, giving us a stunning sea view. It was our anniversary, and my husband and I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Best location in Split - loved the views from our room. Breakfast was exceptional.

A new hotel with a modern aesthetic. Appreciated the conveniently located usb and power outlets throughout the room. The hooks on the walls were helpful to hang your stuff and keep everything organized. The bed was comfortable. The panel that swings out from the wall to angle the tv toward the bed is unique. The hotel is right on the water and provides a view from the room of the harbor where you can watch the sailboats and ferries come and go. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and old town. The front desk staff provided outstanding service during our stay.

This is truly a five star hotel. It’s beautifully remodeled and modern. Rooms are gorgeous, with modern amenities and extremely comfortable. The location in Split is the premier spot n my opinion. They also have their own parking garage. Staff is also helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is to die for, don’t miss it.

Best Hotel we have stayed in ever and we have visited many countries. Split is the best place in the world. The service is 100%, so incredibly clean, very good size room and big bathroom, with all the shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion, so warm as we came in the winter, nice views and a special thanks to Niksa who looked after us at breakfast so well and the young boy Nino. The location is just the best, near the riva, and all the restaurants. Everything is spotlessly clean, even the car park. What can I say about the breakfast, pretty amazing. We loved it all, everything was just so tasty, the cheese, breads, cereals, meats and the cakes, my goodness it was the best. Plus the menu you can order from, like Omelette, scrambled eggs, toast with avocado and egg, just the best. The hotel is something special, we have travelled everywhere, but this hotel is special to us as it is in our favourite city in the world and this hotel has made our trip extra special, 100% the best, you cannot hear any noise and we had the best sleep ever. The beds are so big and comfortable, everyone is so attentive and friendly here. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Loved the double aspect of the room (street and sea views), so we were able to dispense with the blackout curtains at night. Breakfast was exceptional - staff very attentive and helpful, and loved the addition of free prosecco! Have to give a special mention to the Reception staff, in particular Toni and Petar who were super friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. Our tuk tuk tour on our first day was great - Marco our guide was extremely knowledgeable and it was one of the many highlights of our stay (organised by Petar).

Room service menu was limited (especially for vegetarian). Ridiculously expensive in room snacks/drinks. My room had a balcony over the restaurant outside seating area (advertised as private balcony o looking sea). Not so private and at night people smoked so I had to keep it closed. :/

An excellent hotel in a prime location, featuring a new and modern design. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. The bathroom is well-equipped and stocked with premium toiletries. Additionally, there are coffee and tea facilities in the room. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, offering delicious coffee and à la carte options. The staff is polite and friendly.

Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant are too expensive. During the off-season, it might be a good idea to offer more affordable and perhaps simpler dishes.
