The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean. The bathroom was really small and divided with sink in one room and toilet and shower in another.

The room only had one roll of toilet paper and one each small shampoo, conditioner and soap. It wasn't enough for two people to shower and wash. I was able to get more from a maid. Breakfast was just okay. There were a lot of people at the hotel and a line for the waffle maker (they had two waffle makers but only one worked), there was no fruit at all. The yogurts ran out and were not refilled. The coffee was just okay, it was a machine and it didn't seem to dispense enough coffee so it was kind of watery. They also charge $150 incidental fee that they refund after they check out your room to make sure there was no damage done. They said the refund takes about 14 days.

I loved the customer service that I received booking.com some how did not transfer the funds that I paid them for my reservation and basically left me stranded with no explanation or resolution basically said the only thing I could do was pay for the reservation again or I was out of luck with no other options and no where to go Rica the rep at comfort inn did everything she could to help me not only did she go over and beyond she held my reservation untill I got there and made sure i safe and also called booking herself to further assist me and I'm very thankful for her being tho the company I made my reservation thru failed me.. the pool and rooms were very clean and spacious great location to get around town very quickly and the brakefast was good 👍🏼

I was coming to visit the monuments and museums in Washington DC. It took less than the time that was on the map. That was SUPER convenient as well as being able to see parts of Maryland as well.

A little more options for breakfast would have been nice. My partner doesn't eat eggs, bacon, or sausage. Therefore, not many options were available. And the pool area was blocked the whole weekend, I wish that was stated for that particular weekend, I was ready to swim and was a little disappointed.

The staff was fantastic. So helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. The pool was at the perfect temperature and bigger than I expected. It was a good experience. I would definitely choose there again.

I had to ask for a blow dryer, and it didn't have a lot of light, but, they are in the middle of renovating, so some of the rooms, I'm sure, are just being updated.

The price is affordable and the staff is so nice, it is a quiet place that i have to use next time. Even we did not use the pool i like the pool , the fitness room and the breakfast

When you get out for the elevator you can smell too much smoke, If the staff can have smoke free area it will be good. The corridor smells too much smoke, the fitness room is too small too.

Upon our arrival the staff was really nice. The breakfast was prepared every morning and was really good and fresh.

I wish I would have known about the remodeling at the hotel. I paid for a king room with sofa, but no sofa was present. The room did not have a phone and the Ice machine on my floor did not work.

The seclusion and privacy

There was a party and I could hear the music from the lobby room it was held in on the 4th floor. After the party ended the people were just hanging out in groups outside like a block party chilling and smoking.

The house keeping staff was polite and efficient.The ladies in the breakfast area were polite , attentive. the location was a plus, it was minute for family member and shopping.

I requested and paid for a king bed, but I got a full size. toilet potty was higher. I used one bath towel for 2 days. The bathroom amenities were either not there or sustainable

The wall seemed thin. The people staying next to us could hear us talking even though we weren’t loud.
