A great place that really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, we had everything we needed and a sweet compliment (snacks, wine, coffee, candies) on top of that. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was especially pleased with the reception lady and cleaning lady’s helpfulness and kindness. The hotel is 10 mins by walk to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins by walk to the central walking area and train station. We had a great stay and if we come back to Eindhoven we trust this place will welcome us well :)
Only thing is it’s not very kids friendly or handicap friendly. The rooms are quite small and the entrance stairs are a bit steep for a small child or for carrying a stroller or a wheelchair.

Incredible hotel! We are really glad that we chose it! 1. Staff is very nice. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but we got a message before arrival with all door codes and necessary information. Guests can get apples and some snacks at the reception - such a lovely gesture, thank you! 2. Location is perfect, it's a very nice area with some nice bars and pubs near the hotel. It takes only about 7-10 minutes to get to the city center and about 15 to get to the train / bus station. 3. Room is awesome. We were offered some drinks and snacks for free and we truly appreciate it! Bed was comfy, coffee maker was there, bathroom was good, so we liked absolutely everything. If you are a fan of open windows, make sure to ask if your room has it because we were in the air-conditioned room and our windows couldn't open, however, another room had a balcony, so just choose the right room if you need fresh air :)
The only disadvantage is that there was no elevator, only stairs. A bit uncomfortable when you have a huge luggage, so just keep that in mind.

I had the most amazing time here! The whole place was clean and elegantly furnished, I was offered a variety of beverages and snacks and the staff was genuinely friendly and willing to help. The hotel is a bit off center but shares neighborhood with a restaurant street, that has truly great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Most city's attractions are within walking distance, no big roads around so it's very quiet.
The bed was a bit screechy, which is fine for me, I just hope the sound isolation was good enough that I didn't bother my neighbors, cause in my sleep I tend to rotate like a kebab 😂

Although the bed was not a double (it is two separate beds with two blankets, but side by side), it was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was a little cool, but we warmed the room up a bit with the air conditioner. We really liked that there were drinks and snacks, and most importantly, a coffee machine - you can make yourself coffee early in the morning right in bed. The room is small but cozy.
It’s a pity that there was no kettle for making tea, but I learned how to boil water in a coffee machine, and I had a tea bag with me :) But it would be great, for example, if there was a hot water cooler on the floor

This is a small budget hotel in a fantastic location with some lively bars and restaurants almost next door. The rooms were small but functional and clean. We arrived by bicycle, having cycled 60 miles on the day in pouring rain. The owner/receptionist took pity on how wet we were and offered the use of her tumble dryer (normally just for hotel cleaning) which was much appreciated. The hotel was perfect for our needs at a great price. FYI no restaurant, but plenty of places to eat dinner or breakfast within walking distance.
I could not fault this hotel, as for the price it delivered what was expected.

Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Very spacious apartment. Nice staff met during the check-in. Suggestion: I’d implement a self checkin option with a secured key box at the front door.
Some easy changes would make the stay much more comfortable: - Bin in the kitchen. - Remove / change that fridge (the noise it makes is absolutely unbearable) - Move the TV from the bedroom to the living room. - Offer shower gel, not just shampoo. A big bottle is sustainable and not expensive. - Provide the hand soap in a bottle, it’s more sustainable.

I stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. I had room number 1 overlooking the square. The room was very bright with a high ceiling and large windows. Still, it had a cosy atmosphere and anything I could wish for was present. It even had a minibar with some drinks on the house, very nice. Quiet airconditioning. You can see the hotel has some history, so don't expect something super stylish, and I think it has wooden floors, but I'm not even sure because I never heard anything.
I would prefer if the tourist tax were included in the price; it's just a few euros and I don't care for the extra "hassle" of paying it on-site.

Hotel is located on a small pretty square, 15 mins walk from centre. We arrived early and rang the listed number. Very nice guy arrived quickly and checked us in despite being well prior to advised check in. Room was small but perfectly adequate. It was clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable . We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and a stocked mini fridge provided free of charge in the room. No breakfast facility at the hotel but many options nearby. Wonderful pub just a few door away. We would stay again.
The door on the ensuite shower didn't close properly so care was needed not to flood the area.

Lady who welcomed us was really kind . The room was spacious and clean. Lots of towels provided. Air-con in the room. Nice vibe and style with complementary drinks in the fridge.
The mattresses were way too soft and although the two single beds were put together it was very difficult for a couple to sleep together as there was a gap forming at all times. A couple of hooks for the used towels in the bathroom would be nice.

The host was very attentive, and went above and beyond providing the small extras. It was explained to us that there was a mini bar in our room and that we could help ourselves. The mini bar included two bottles of water, a bottle of coca cola, a bottle of fanta and two bottles of wine. Along with this, there was a Nespresso machine in our room which was a lovely touch as well as some chocolates, nuts & sweets. The host was lovely on arrival and the check-in process was quick. The lady (I didn't catch her name) made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very informative. Check-out was also a quick process, we handed our room key to the Housekeeping lady who was equally as lovely. She asked us about our stay and if we enjoyed Eindhoven as a city, and wished us safe travels back home. The beds were very big and very comfortable - the room had a TV which apps such as Youtube on which allowed you to cast to the TV. The shower was very nice, with constant hot water - there was shampoo & body wash. The room also contained a hair dryer and had plenty of plug sockets to charge your devices. The location was great, it is only a 5 minutes (if that) walk to the high street where there are plenty of shops and lovely places to eat. Overall, we loved our stay and would return should we return back to Eindhoven.
Nothing we didn't like but just a thought for future - it rained a lot during our stay and we wished we had umbrellas. It was a Sunday evening so most shops were shut and we were unable to buy one. We couldn't see any umbrellas in the room, I know that this is an uncommon feature anyway, but equally we never asked the hotel if they had any (so they may have these anyway - just a thought/suggestion).
