The facility was undergoing renovations however that did not disrupt me at all. My room had a kitchen with most necessities. There was a fairly large refrigerator and full stove. Drip coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There was TV in both the living room area as well as the separate bedroom with Dish network service. There was a pull out couch that I did not need and a table to eat at. This is an older single story hotel. Has a pool and wifi. Bkfast is not provided. The unit was fairly clean other than the edges of the floor in the bathroom. That seemed more age related. I got good value for my money and a quiet stay.

A small dish soap as well as a kitchen towel or small roll of paper towels would have been a nice addition to the kitchen.

I came in for a weekend visit with family and booked here completely because of price and location. I was expecting an old roadside motel that was last updated in 1980's. I was wrong. Although from the road it did look like an older roadside motel my room was very nice and obviously recently updated. I used the room solely as a sleeping and showering location, so I don't anything about the pool or breakfast or anything.

The entry and exit of the parking lot was basically one direction due to a divided roadway. I had to exit to the right and then drive around a bit and turn around in order to go the direction I wanted. It was a small hassle and not the fault of the motel. Just one of those "one way street" sort of things.

The room was super clean and beautiful! We needed extra towels and pillows and they got it right away with no hesitation and every employee we came in contact with was super nice and friendly. The pool area was beautifully maintained, pool was clean. We will be making several trips to Venice and booking here again!

The ONLY thing I can think of is where it's at, when you leave you have to go down amd through a neighborhood or do a u turn to go left because of where it's at but it was no big deal and it won't stop me from staying again.

The location was simple to get to and area was clean and safe. There were a lot of dining options nearby. The parking lot was large with plenty of parking. The room was clean. There was a split unit ac unit with a remote to easily change the room temperature. There was a ceiling fan to help circulate the air.

The ac unit was above the sink which is a little area just outside the bathroom. The air didn't circulate as well as hoped. The bed was stiff and the room was humid.

For the most part quiet , amazing pool , we are staying here for my cancer treatments /doctor appts I have to come down for , moved up to my daughters to be closer to the cancer center and my primaries are here where I will move back with my husband when all done . This place is perfect location great staff , quiet and so relaxing for us . Floating in the pool is wonderful therapy for me .

We would love to see new grills, we love and need to grill our food for health reasons and the grills have had many seasons and need some TLC or retirement !

Pool was heated and wonderful to have! Clean and centrally located. Like having the tile floors also. The shower was great! Good water pressure and hot water.

Knobs on cabinets and drawers. The room had 2 queen beds but only coffee for one cup. Cotton pillow cases like the sheets.

We like older hotels. Motels is clean you could tell they just recently remodeled some of the lamps head duct tape holding in on the bottom but that’s OK. The grounds were cleaned and kept well and the swimming pool look like it was a lot of fun. The bed was comfortable.

You could tell the bedding had been washed and was fresh but the top cover definitely could have been washed and smell a lot better. The person at the front desk was not very friendly, but we got our room. And everything was good.

Parking the car right outside the room with no stairs to climb and long walking to check out and take things in room saved time and added more time to my stay. Everything is right there within a few feet. The office, laundry, pool. It's quiet. I like the chairs right outside my room to relax. It's just convenient and good priced.

Wish there was more coffee in room.

Probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in! Very friendly staff! Great location and easy to get to. Loved the shower! Only thing I did not like was the short toliet as I am used to a handicap toliet!

Location good for visiting beaches nearby by car. There are restaurants and shops close by but it’s on a busy road so not ideal for walking around. Despite the road, the site was remarkably quiet.

The water was yellow- apparantly because of mineral deposits. Off- putting but not harmful. We used bottled water for drinking.
