We had everything we were looking for. There is a private parking lot at the end of a short uphill way. The yard is beautiful with lots of greenery. We stayed in the apartment named Ale and it is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom is small but functional. There is a balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for preparing a meal and drinks. Alessandra is a very kind owner. She informed us on what to see around, where to eat, etc. We had a minor inconvenience with the front door and she came and solved the problem in ten minutes. Since we were visiting in January, we had the AC unit on for heating.

Beautiful and stylish villa, very clean with a great view of the entire La Spezia (sea and hills). Very good breakfast served in a beautiful manner - each room has a name and a basket with the room name full of goodies, also a special place in the refrigerator. Everything is very well organized, and cleaning service is present every day. It was a home for us - not just un accommodation.

I loved the fact that instantly you felt at home . There were picnic baskets laid out for each room filled with lots of goodies for breakfast and treats for the day , as well as a selection of ham , cheese , crackers, jams , and fruit in the fridge . Ale was a great host , and I would definitely recommend this place . You are close to the bus stop that will take you to the train station when you want to go to Cinque Terre. A great little spot away from the craziness . We would definitely say here again .

I’ve been to this place many times, and my stay here always amazing. Its been 4 years already. I mean, this place is surrounded by locals, near to everything. To the center, to the beach and to all the amazing ligurian places. I can’t say anything about B.E.A. The host, Alex is easy to communicate with and I’ve been in touch with her for so many years already and will always keep coming back to this Amazing Place. The Feeling of the beautiful place makes the stay worthwhile. A feeling of memories to keep.

Everything is clean enough, I like that approach with attention to the details, a lot of snakes is available, bottle with cold clean water is waiting to you in the refrigerator. But main thing it's view!

A bit far from Centrale, if you without car prepare to walk around 30 mins in the hiking mode. Coffee machine is often out of service, but it's not so important.

The B&B was pretty and peaceful with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast basket was a very nice touch. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The walk from the bus stop was all uphill so better to drive there if possible. But it was worth the challenging walk when I arrived.

The details.. they put a lot attention in the details and make the experience beautiful.

The location is not near to the city walking. Not recommended if don’t have a car, with the car is easy.

Very nice view and really great services from Alex by answering and Roberta, gosh, she’s an angel! Breakfast was nice and all you could have wished for.

Thin walls, so not as private as we thought. Also you know when someone comes or goes, eats or uses the coffee machine.

The view was amazing! And it was a short walk from the bus stop up a hill to the property. Careful of the stairs at the top otherwise very easy to access. Beautiful room with balcony and breakfast was provided every morning.
