We stayed at Aparthotel Giewont for 4 days, and it was an excellent experience. The place is very clean and well-organized, with a great location close to all services, including the main street, restaurants, and supermarkets. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we didn’t feel tired at all because everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, and whenever we needed something, the service was very fast. Even through messages, they responded immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for families, as everything is in one location, and the place is tidy, clean, and safe.

The location was perfect just off the main street. A minute walk and you're in the heart of everything.The swimming pool was lovely. It was quiet. We slept soundly.

On arrival, the two reception staff were sombre. No happy greeting. They were not rude, just bored looking. The rooms are a bit scuffed here and there. The bed pillows were soft and flat. There were no extra in the room. There was no complementary tea, coffee sugar, and creamer, which I have never ever witnessed before. I arrived late and really needed a coffee. No shampoo, either. The swimming area was 5 star though. The staff there were friendly. All the negative things are easily remedied, though. I recommend the place if these things are fixed.

Exceptional hotel, super choice to explore the city. Centrally located, super friendly staff, parking for free, spacious room, well equipped bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast is wide selection and delicious. You have plenty of dinner options in teh local restaurants, but honestly teh hotel's kitchen is one of the best. In additional, the hotel is having a very inviting interior design. In case you are going to Zakopane for sightseeing, I cannot imagine any better choice. In case you are on a ski trip, you potentially should chose a hotel close to your preferred slope.

If the bed was a bit wider (was 160cm) it would click all the boxes of perfection.

Life hack for couples go to the SPA from beginning because until 16:00 there is no people (they are hiking). SPA is not big, but very nice. Location is super. Reception is super helpful and friendly. Parking is free. Cozy interior.

Noise from other rooms, I would say either neighbours were crazy loud or rooms do not have noise cancelling walls. Also on the ground there were silverfish bugs… Quite many.

Nice apartments in a great location. The breakfast offer is a disaster, very poor. There is no restaurant, everyone can have breakfast in the room! When the parking lot is full, guests park at the edge of the steep exit. An accident is dangerous that way.

What is strange to me: a breakfast costs 200 zlotys, which is about 50 euros. It contains 10 dekagrams of ham, 4 rolls, a little yogurt, and a couple of deciliters of watery orange juice. It is very, very expensive, but we pay for the comfort and thus honor the accommodation, even though it is not worth it. On the other hand, when my clothes should be sent home to Hungary (which would cost about 50 zlotys), there is no money for that, so I send a courier from here for it. This was Giewont's request.

It’s not about the hotel but about booking.com who describes this hotel as ac hotel but the fact they have few rooms only with AC and only post reservation you will get a confirmation with exact room facilities .. but yeah after all the staff have helped us to change the room

The room was really clear, furniture, appliances and dishes were new and in nice condition. The view was nice and were no noise from the street. Everyone was kind and helpful.

The pool was a little bit dirty. There were some things(like dirt) in the corners and the water was a little bit muddy. A lot of kids were running and playing there, so there was no place to swim. The temperature in sauna was tooo hot. I could not sit there more that a 30 seconds. I know that it would be good for some people, but not everyone are used to it.
