Just 3 mins away from the subway. Room equipped with necessities ie washing machine, kitchenette The staff were very friendly and definitely helpful 😊

The bathroom is lot smaller than other hotels i’ve stayed at.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was incredible: huge, spacious, and yet comfortablenand cosy. It almost felt like being home. The breakfast was excellent, with amazing fresh fruit and both Western and Asian options (though variety was a bit limited).

Hard to find many flaws. Besides wishing for a bit more variety in the breakfast options, I would also say that while the location is great, it is 10-ish minutes walk away from the closest public transportation option (noticeable with the heat in Taipei).

Location, room size, AC, washer/dryer are all excellent. The only place I would stay in Taipei for my situation (I need great AC with a dehumidifier). The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast. It is a great breakfast since I do like Taiwanese-style breakfast but the cost is unreasonable. You can walk out of this hotel and find many places to eat breakfast 2/3 cheaper than this place. If they will improve the breakfast price, I would eat there every day.

I traveled to Taipei a lot and this is the only hotel that meets my expectations. I have asthma and Taiwan humid weather is not helping and I have to be very picky on picking places to stay. This place has individual AC control with a Dehumidifier feature. I really enjoyed my stay and it will be my hotel every time I travel to Taipei. The room is huge, and washer/dryer in our unit. Staff helped arranged for driver and car for touring wheenever we asked.

As always, it was a very good stay. Friendly service, central location, daily services family suite with simple cooking facilities and washing machine. We were on the top floor with a small seating balcony, overlooking the iconic Yuan Shan hotel. They changed the beds to bouncy soft ones! Strong hot shower water. Daily housekeeping service. Daily replenish of complimentary bottled water.

The towels can be better. They are getting tired.

Everything about this hotel is great. Staff never fail to greet and meeting your expectations from the moment you book the hotel till checkout. Mins to metro / subway / train / mrt stations. Surrounded by a convenience store and 2 supermarkets (PX Mart and Carrefour) and food stores. 7mins walk to a night market (ask the staff). For those who have infants, there is a nearby shop (15mins walk) that sells baby products, i.e. diapers, baby milk formula, etc. Asian breakfast selection is good and staff offered to squeeze fresh carrot or orange juice for you.

The room was great and the staff were excellent in a pretty good location to jump on the metro and get to most places. There is a small night market right behind the hotel for picking up tasty food.

It would be better to have slightly better western options for breakfast e.g. pastries or bacon. We love trying new food but sometimes it's nice to have a more familiar breakfast before you head out. The washing machine was great to have but it was a bit untidy. It was a couple of machines in the corner of a balcony with limited English translation. I was expecting something a bit nicer. The staff were great at helping us sort our issues with translation of the instructions.

We stayed 3 nights in Standard Triple Studio. The room had separate bedroom connected by a small living room with kitchen and working table, it was very spacious and efficient. The hotel's breakfast was also pretty nice with fresh fruit and vegetable juices juiced on the spot. The hotel staffs were attentive and prompt, able to coordinate everything for our various needs, and most surprisingly they have provided us a surprise gift to celebrate my mum's birthday which coincided with our period of stay. <3 We loved everything about Jolley Hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here for their visit in Taipei. :)

Only downside is that the hair dryer power was weak!

The staff on the whole are really good and helpful, but the highest commendation must go to the housekeeping staff. When cleaning our rooms, they found my daughter's very tiny ear studs and usb cable, and the items were returned to us, neatly packed in a plastic bag. The rooms were spacious and clean; the beds were comfortable; and the breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed juices and hot dishes (eg dumplings, noodles, rice porridge).

Breakfast ended too early at 9:30 am.

There's an induction cooker, which truly makes a difference for Muslim travelers as it allows me to cook breakfast. The ingredients are easily available, with supermarkets (Carrefour and PX Market) right in front of the hotel. Although we have a breakfast buffet, it's not halal-friendly; however, they do offer fruits, juices, and coffee, which is nice. Additionally, there's a washing machine in the room, which minimizes the number of clothes we need to bring for the trip. The washroom is clean, with amenities, and the toilet bowl has a bidet. Nearby, there are Watson, Cosmed, 7-11, Family Mart, at least three bubble tea stalls, and clothing stores. The staff is wonderful, very attentive to our needs, friendly, and welcoming. I felt absolutely welcomed. On the last day of our stay, we needed to extend because Scoot had a delayed flight. We communicated with Mr. Brook in simple Mandarin, and fortunately, it took him seconds to understand. After processing the payment, he also helped us call the taxi driver and informed him about the delay. We really appreciate his help.

The pillows are too soft.
