Staff generally were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Room was less than we were given on several previous visits. I may have contributed to that by asking for a room to facilitate my recent knee operation.

The room we were allocated appeared not to have been serviced during our stay. I had to ask Reception on two occasions for top up supplies of tea bags, coffee, milk and water. I asked one lady who was cleaning on Monday for a check-up and she promised to call, but didn't. I found some flaws in the maintenance, especially in the bathroom: the door catch didn't keep the door closed, and the locking system stuck on the one occasion we used it during our 4-nights stay. Some floor tyles are loose, and some are protruding above others. The toilet bowl has a crack on the top right side edge. I suggest these are relatively minor maintenance issues, that I never before saw in the Maldron.

The room was spotless. Very comfortable and nice and cosy overall. The hotel was very accessible and close to shops too

The lady checking me in was not pleasant. She was speaking to another member of staff and stopped the conversation to check us in. I explained I checked in online. She proceeded in scilence and left a piece of paper infront of my mam and I with a pen. I explained I checked in online again and she said yes, this is about the hotel. I felt her explanation was slow and unfriendly. She seemed more interested in attempting to listen into the conversation her colleagues was having than anything else.

Clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff. My room had great sound proofing, a balacony and lots of tea/coffee with a kettle. Bathroom has a shower and bathtub which were easy to use,with plenty of towels and hot water. Room price was fair and met my expectations.

Would have liked the swimming pool/leisure club to be open later. Unfortunately, it shuts at 6/7 on the weekend. Would have preferred staying open until 9, like during the week. Needing my key card to access the lift was abit strange. Restaurant was a bit expensive, but you are paying for the quality.

Staff were friendly. Reception staff were really nice to chat to. Bar staff were lovely and very accommodating. Bar manager got me extra Ice Cream with my dessert because I'd had a really bad day. The Bath of my god the bath was nothing short of amazing. One appreciates a bath when you can't have one at home. Went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.

I didn't like that the breakfast buffet didn't have heated plates. My food was cold before I had a chance to fully eat it. I didn't like the way the website didn't prompt me about the breakfast upon booking but it worked out in the end exactly like it was supposed to.

Great hotel - with secure underground parking. Place was really clean and tidy, staff were all friendly and welcoming. I checked in at around 9pm after a day riding my motorbike and took the opportunity to soak in the bath but the hot water was luke warm at best. Show in the morning was good though. Bar closed at 10.30pm on a Saturday night. Bed was super comfy, very happy with the room overall. The breakfast was self service and really good. With a very spacious eating area. Absolutely would stay there again without hesitation .

Great breakfast, nice polite staff, and very clean hotel. Had fish chips in the bar was very tasty.

There was door locked in between our room and another room, very noisy and guest on other side kept trying handle. We had food in the bar. The waitress took our order for food but legged it just before we gave the drinks order. When food arrived we finally gave our drinks order. The two staff members could have done with help as it was busy enough with guests around. Overall, I would stay again!

Convenient to get to Dublin from tram, gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool all good. Lidl very close by. Lovely room with view of the stadium and good facilities. Staff were so lovely. Lovely going up the Dublin mountains.

No internet connectivity/netflix on TV. Shower was very hot on some days and could not sort this so some days had to bath instead. Traffic noise was loud and no way to control room temp. The hotel was so lovely and convenient though these problems were not an issue for me at this price range given how hard it was to get hotels for Coldplay :)

The room was spotless and I liked the lack of clutter. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods: fried breakfast, cakes and croissants, yoghurt, cereals and a nice choice of fresh fruit. I especially liked the jar of chopped nuts that you could help yourself from! I loved the swimming pool. The staff were all extremely pleasant and efficient. The parking is easy to access and links directly to the basement of the hotel.

Good location, facilities. Reception Julianna good meet and greet and facilities information given. Good parking facilities for friends and family to visit.

Room should have been checked as an Iron was missing. A replacement was obtained. Water bottle was not given for daily use and tea, coffees to be made. The tap on the sink is rusting and makes a loud noise when used. House keeping just throws the tea and coffee packs and not place them as it should. Bathroom door outside handle was broken and could not open the door. Maintained was called and attended promptly.

Hotel is a great spot to stay, free underground parking, easy to get to using the M50. Easy access to the luas line and plenty of buses to get into city or other destinations. Good size swimming pool with sauna and steam rooms attached, as well as onsite gym. Bar and grill spacious with good selection for food and drink. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating but as all our needs were provided, we didn't have much interaction. The rooms are comfortable, clean with everything we needed and beds very comfortable which provided a good nights sleep. We had a view over tallaght stadium.
