Don't be fooled by the exterior. The rooms are in the process of being refurbished, and the quality is fantastic, tastefully decorated, warm and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The little details made the stay even more enjoyable such as being able to see the light sensor in a dark room and being able to see which taps were hot and cold without needing my spectacles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was great having an onsite restaurant and the meals were lovely The location is excellent, and easy walk to the city centre I would 100 percent recommend this hotel to anyone. It's great value for money.

Lovely room. No cleaning product smell. Clean and well-stocked bathroom.

I asked for a room with two beds but ended up with one King-sized bed. There was a bed settee that looked comfortable but had no bedding. Decided not to go back to reception and sort this as we had been given an upgrade (although I thought we were still getting two beds). It was also pouring with rain so decided to stay put. Overall very happy with the room though.

everything in the room was amazing beds where comfy and the seats where also comfy. the Shower was absolutely stunning. the rooms were warm and lovely. the carpet was new and comfy to lay down on as well

how close the toilet is to the wall i felt like i was sitting on the wall just to use the toilet im a big girl so that was my only issue however the bathroom in beautiful and stunning specially with the glow light in the mirror

Liked the location and the hotel, great off street underground parking and dry access to hotel.

There wasn't a great welcome or information, just felt like business transaction. Other than the hotel menu in the room there was no information on how to work tv. Gain internet. Hotel facilities available to access. Breakfast time or cost. Electric blanket on queen bed had no method to reach closest plug.

The hotel is beautiful. We walked the grounds, the gardens were well maintained and I love the period look. The staff were lovely and the room was super clean. Free parking was also a nice suprise.

The rooms are quite dated. But I saw that there is going to be renovations which is well overdue. The spa pool was out of order and the pool is not heated so that was dissapointing.

the room once I was swapped over from another room was comfortable but tired and a little dark. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the young lady that brought up my room service was cheerful and helpful.

The first room I was booked into was not made up by house keeping and real shock walking into the room to a total mess. Reception was able to find another room. Also, I paid for 2 breakfasts not one and staff did not offer a refund on the over payment.

This hotel is located on the main road with easy onsite parking options. The rooms are indeed spacious, good wifi, conference room and conference facilities are excellent. Staff are wonderful and very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms although spacious are dated and in need of modernising. Carpet in areas in the corridor is worn and needs replacing. The rooms towards the road are very noisy with the traffic noise.

Wonderful staff very warming and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was well worth the $30 with a lovely selection of cereals, breads, fruit, cooked food and drinks, even pancakes. Bed were comfy. Room was tidy and bedroom had everwe needed. TV was easy to operate. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. Will definitely stay again when in Palmerton North.

That bar and restaurant were closed during my one night thrre.

Excellent hotel, spacious room, lots of facilities Food was excellent, the service impeccable Excellent underground car park with lift access to all floors. Great conference facilities and a pool on site as well as very pleasant grounds to walk in

No activities around the hotel and a long walk into town. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment which is planned for 2025 so most of the furniture and carpets looked very worn and tired The hotel has new owners so we wait to see how it turns out

Very clean, lovely staff. The room was fabulous. Absolutely appreciated the car parking right outside of our room - super easy as we had to under two. The front of Staff also explained where our room was really well. The room was gorgeous fabulous shower. Enjoyed every minute. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will Absolutely stay here again
