Everything was nice, room was clean, utensils were clean, had a compact yet reliable kitchen with all necessary things in place, a real comfy place to stay.

We had issues with the checkin process. The main door opened and we entered lobby, but the room didnt open. We had to contact the staff who was present in pantry at that time who helped us get a card for accessing the room. If there was no staff, we wouldve been in trouble and thats something we want to avoid when we are travelling with family. Then one more thing was there were no soaps or anything of that sort in bathrooms.

Very convenient location. 10 minutes drive from Lucerne. . Bus stop in front. Easy check in process. All amenities in the room, coffee machine with pods. Onsite parking (paid). Good communication from host. Children playing area. Access to gym (extra payment). Reasonably priced.

No reception or help desk at the place itself. If you forget your phone inside the room at the wrong time, not sure how would you be able to unlock the room. Rooms are not very sound proof. Could hear the person next to my room coughing in the middle of night despite all the windows fully closed and blinds down. Bathroom doors are open and have spaces above and below so the room can smell if someone is using the toilet.

We are family of four, and there are enough beds. The place is also spacious.

The app does not work properly so we had difficulty entering the facility and were only able to gain access thanks to a woman who happened to be entering at the same time. Without her assistance, we wouldn’t have been able to get in. Additionally, there is no lock on the washroom door, and the light automatically turns on and stays on for a while before shutting off. This can be disruptive, especially for the person sleeping on the bed near the bathroom, as the bright light may wake them up.

Everything was fine and good value but the check in is a disaster. I only had EU roaming so could not access their check in in their app. This booking makes you download their unsafe app or so Google tells you. Then they want your passport no and a scan of your passport! Nobody there to help with their room key manoeuvre. Believe me there were numerous people struggling to get to their room. Next time I need to download an app for my hotel booking I will cancel my booking. My booking was with your company not with some anonymous app who now have a photo of my passport! Their strategy is to get the key they make you download their app then don't let you get the key until you are about to arrive then ask you to put in passport number then make you scan your passport is that even legal? All putting you under pressure of not having a room in a busy and expensive city.

The location of the hotel is excellent. For instance, I have an excellent view of lake Lucerne and the mountains from my balcony. The room is very spacious and I can cook. The workers especially the Swiss-Italian lady was very helpful especially in terms of providing me with access card. The internet/wifi was excellent.

The self-check in is stressful. The bed is not very comfortable. The form is not thick enough. I used the room for 6 days however, the room was not cleaned during the period. In fact, the garbage was never removed.

Excellent property, rooms on the smaller side but fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. Our room on 2nd floor opened up to a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Would definitely stay here longer

It was a bit difficult to find the right entrance ftom the parking, as there are 2 different towers with separate entrances, so we had to figure out how to get outside and then go around the building to find the right entrance for our room number. The only other reason l am not rating it higher is because the price was super high, but l guess that is the standard for Switzerland, so can't really blame the hotel for it

When I tried to generate a card through the app for self check-in to enter the building, it didn’t work, and I couldn’t get inside. Luckily, a kind woman who was leaving the building helped me register a physical card and complete the check-in. The stay could be improved with a few adjustments: there was no air conditioning, which made the room quite warm, and the automatic light in the bathroom kept turning on and off during the night. Installing a regular switch would make it much more comfortable.

Very good accessibility by public transport, line 20 runs every 20 minutes from Lucerne Central Station. 700 m ZB Horw station. Apply for a Luzern Guest Card. Cleanliness is excellent. Kitchen facilities good

I find the absolute digatilization of check in not very practical. You need a data connection(in front of the hotel works). Access to the hotel and rooms only with the app. It did not always work the first time.Accommodation cards would have been more convenient. I find it inappropriate to light the toilets and bathrooms for the photo booth. The door is large and glazed and so a visit to the toilet will be noticed by all occupants of the room by a distinctive light. The door is without a threshold and so everything can be heard --)) I recommend installing a switch.

The space was large and clean, great views from the balcony. I liked that the bathroom was large but just a note that there isn't a lock to the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and there were chocolates on the table for us upon arrival. The bus 20 from right across the hotel was convenient for us to get to Lucerne!

Long walk from the SBB station Horw, and sadly it was raining on the day of check-in. Self check-in process may be complicated for older people who are not tech savvy. There are no toiletries and the room smelled like curry, which we figured out was due to the kitchenette's exhaust hood not being cleaned properly.
