The comfortability of it, the environment was spacious even though they had a wedding going on so it was packed lol but we still had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and whenever we had a question they had an answer. The pool was down during our stay, but we were allowed access to the pool at Hampton Inn which is right beside it. Overall 10/10 experience.

The only thing I had a slight problem with was on our first night we noticed our remote had like YouTube and Netflix on it but then we tried and realized that their tvs don’t have WiFi which was fine because all of favorite shows were on tv but I love Netflix.

EXCELLENT! Upon arrival we were greeted in a very professional & pleasant manner, by a wonderful young woman named Angii. She was so helpful with taking Christmas pics for us, since we were there for the holidays, and we didn’t have any decorations in our room, her taking time to help us create great memories was VERY SPECIAL TO OUR FAMILY! Glad that the lobby was so beautifully decorated for us to be able to enjoy Christmas!🎄❤️

We expected a hot tub to be on the premises (from previous pics on the website ) and we got and there wasn’t one. There was terrible construction that went on for way too many hours, making it impossible to enjoy any kind of daytime nap!

Complimentary breakfast was beyond expectations. It was delicious and fulfilling. My favorite being the omelet station. The rooms were both spacious and clean and the staff were so patient and polite. The lobby is stunning, and they really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely be staying here again our next visit.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open at the time, but it was due to renovations, so it was understandable. Hopefully next time. But other than that, there really isn't anything to dislike about this hotel.

The lobby was very welcoming, the staff made it easy with check in and explaining where our room was and breakfast the next morning. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows hugged me just like I want! The water was hot for showers, bathroom very clean with extra linens as well. Tv selection was fine and room temp control worked well! The hallways were quiet also! Breakfast was very good as well! The staff did a great job grabbing up plates etc and the omelet cooks were so friendly and enjoying the morning!

Gorgeous, modern hotel. The breakfast was excellent, from the hardworking, friendly, and accommodating staff to the assortment of food. I liked that they had omelet specials - I had the Philly cheesesteak one, which was delicious! My mother-in-law and I ate at the bar the night we arrived as well. We got there just before the kitchen closed around 10 p.m., which was nice. Overall, we loved our stay. We have told many people how gorgeous this hotel is, and we look forward to returning one day!

I was surprised upon my arrival. I’m from Detroit and the Embassy Suites here don’t come close to this one! I’ve never been to Raleigh. Nice city. But the hotel from the entrance, to the lobby decor, the breakfast buffet, the pool. Everywhere I went inside the hotel was so nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was so nice. Ashlee was amazing! We arrived 3 hours before our check-in time but she had a room available for my sisters and I.

This is minor to some. But, the ONLY thing I didn’t like was it was no accommodations for persons that don’t eat beef or pork for breakfast. My sister and I were hoping they had Turkey sausage or Turkey patties. But, they did not. We still ate a tasteful omelette from the omelette station. But, it’s 2024 it’s time to have turkey options.

We arrived late with 2 kids and a dog, at checkin the woman who was at the desk offered to have food sent up for the kids before the kitchen closed, their late dinner arrived to our room just after we got in and set our things down. The room was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The bathroom was beautiful, the room was great! Breakfast in the morning also exceeding our expectations. They had a whole kitchen staff cooking hot yummy breakfast things to order and also a bagel bar, cereal bar, coffee bar, juice bar area. It was fantastic.

The staff was great...I want to give a Bravo Zulu to Jean for a job well done. There was an issue with my shower, and she ensured that maintenance was there right away because I had an event to get to. She was super friendly and gave me one drink coupon for the inconvenience. She went out of her way to make things right.

For the most part, my stay was great. Housekeeping could use a little attention to detail when dusting and sweeping the little kitchen area. It would be great if there was an area to eat downstairs if you got takeout from some of the near by restaurants. Didn't feel the food that we ordered that night at the hotel bar was very good.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and went out of their way to satisfy requests , this applied from the duty manager down to the housekeeping and repair staff . The hotel had been refurbished recently and the bathrooms, public and the en-suite were particularly well equipped. Food and service the restaurant in the evening was excellent ( thanks GiGi who served us. )

Opaque glass door on the bathroom let too much light into the bedroom if the light was switched on during the night

The hotel is beautiful. The room was nice and well equipped.

I did not like the fact that there wasn't an option to use streaming services for the TV. And the TV was mounted so you couldn't attach any streaming sticks such as Amazon, Roku, etc. Also please note before booking that their pool is currently out of order until further notice. I wish I would have known that before booking.
