The shower leaked by the glass and the floor was always wet

The Staff Were Great All Of Them From The Receptionists To The Porter Guy To The Cleaners I Was Treated Like A Queen ❤️🤍❤️ The 2nd Day Of Being In The Hotel The Cleaner Cleaned Our Room As A Person Who Visits hotels for 2/3 days that was my first time 🥹 She Was Too Sweet & The Waiteresses Who From My Food To The Room Amazing Staff This Hotel Has Indeed , The Room Was Spotless Clean The Kitchen Staff Was Wonderful I'd Definitely Come Back A Million Times Its So Close To The Mall I Lovvvveeedd It , The Food 100% Top Tier I'd Recommend This Hotel To Anyone , Thank You Staff Keep Up The Good Job 🤌🏾💯

When I First Entered The Hotel Just The Very First Day , I Saw The 2 Securities I Didn't Catch Their Names I Asked Kindly Where The Reception Was Since It Was My First Time In This Hotel , One Asked What I Came To Do I Said To Check-in Then I They Both Said It's Fully Booked If I Don't Believe Them I Can Go To The Reception I Stood There Confused Cause That's Supposed To Be A Receptionist Job To tell Me That Without Them Knowing I Was Booked In Smoothly Cause I Booked Online The Securities Were The Only People Who Belittled Me I Didn't Like That .

The place is value for money and the facilities are very clean and comfortable.

This is more suggestion than what I didn't like. The room does have a closet but no.spqce to pack clothes, for people that stay longer kindly see if there is packing space to unpack. The microwave is only near the standard rooms, and I would suggest that a microwave is placed at the de luxe and executive rooms. May a toilet brush be placed in all bathrooms. The transport the hotel provides only operating from 08;00, I had to catch a Gautrain at 08:02 and with Myself having problem with.my knee, I was hoping that they can look at the situation and be flexible if someone needs transport.

I was really impressed with the size of the room – it was incredibly spacious. The amount of space was definitely a standout feature for me. The bed was huge and very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. This was actually the first time I’ve experienced such a comfortable and spacious room. Having stayed at quite a few hotels and lodges, I can confidently say that the Park Lodge offers one of the most roomy and cozy experiences I've had

I liked everything from the staff members welcoming us and the receptionist was kind though, the facilities were clean 👌 I enjoyed

I made a request that I want a pool view, the hotel agreed upon my request but when I got there I didn't get what I wanted , and there was a loud noise coming from on top of our room I just don't know what was the noise but it was irritating

Staff from the Security to the receptionist were very exceptional and professional. The house keepers also deserve credit for the clean room and clean building from outside till inside. The Hotel is really beautiful and clean and really deserves to be a 5 Star Hotel.

We had a bit of an issue with the Aircon. it was a bit loud.

The cleanliness of the place and the location is central to all public transport. The rooms are spacious

As for my previous stay and review. There is no cupboard with racks to unpack. The toilet brush is still not added. Bring the microwave closer to the rooms

A lovely little hotel, very clean, nice pool area with bar, food is good and very reasonably priced. Close to the Gautrain station. But what really makes this place is the staff, they are absolutely fabulous- special shout out to Sandile in the restaurant for amazing service !

The unexpected requirement to pay the restaurant bill in cash instantly or by the same night instead of adding it to my bill at the reception since I had already paid for 5 nights in advance and that was only my 2nd day.What's the difference with eating out or ordering meal deliveries then?

The coffee I bought the next morning down at reception was the best coffee I had in a very long time! The staff was extremely helpful. They phoned prior to me checking in and assisted with my luggage.

It was a bit noisy outside (in the street). The location is close to where I had to go, but the nearby taxi rank and many pedestrians is a bit scary, although inside the premises I felt very safe and secure.
