Great location and very clean. Nice kitchen area and also back porch with tarp over it. We were able to spend lots of time outdoors.

PRICE and cancellation forgiveness. We had to cancel original reservation due to hospitalization of my wife. When we rebooked they hit us with cancellation charge and up charge for room.

We had a great stay at Falmouth Motor Lodge. It was a last-minute trip to Falmouth for July 4th weekend and they had a last-minute cancellation. First of all, the location of the motel is perfect - we were a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Beach and a 5 minute walk to the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Parking in Falmouth is challenging (especially on 4th of July weekend!) but having our spot at the motel and being able to walk (or Uber sometimes) made it very convenient. There is a bike rental place steps from the motel where you can rent a bike for $25/day and go anywhere. The staff at the motel are exceptional - friendly, accommodating and all super-helpful. The grounds of the motel are immaculate and the rooms are super clean. There is a refrigerator in each room that provides ample space for food and ice pack storage. There is a also a microwave in each room. We will definitely stay here again - can't wait to come back!

Falmouth motor lodge is a great place to stay when visiting Falmouth. Great location: walking distance to beach, access to cruise ships and convenient to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. We had the pleasure of being upgraded to the suite (Harbor House), it was everything the manager stated it was. The room was newly remodeled with a coastal vibe. King size bed, kitchenette, table and a beautiful deck with outdoor furniture to boot! Wonderful for having morning coffee. Recommend this charming Motor Lodge if your visiting Falmouth, MA now or in the near future.

The location was excellent . Easy walking distance to beach , restaurants , church, and cape league baseball. A little bit of a walk into town but manageable . All in all couldn't ask for a better location.

The room though comfortable and clean was dated and could in particular use more electricl outlets to suit today's many electronics . Having stayed here before I brought my own Keurig . Coffee is offered at the desk but it's nice to be able to have that cup in your roon upon awaking . Minor issues certainly not enough to take away from the plusses .

This year, during our stay in Falmouth, we spent one day on Martha's Vineyard. We took the Island Queen over 1st thing in the morning and last ferry back. The ship launch is just a short walk from the motel. We stayed at the Harbor House at The Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. A very nice room. With 2 queen beds and a kitchen set up sans cook top. The motel is also close to Falmouth Heights Beach, which we walked to every day.. It's our tradition to do Mexican at Anejo the first night and the Flying Bridge the 2nd night. Falmouth has great restaurants. It's wonderful to have a very nice place to stay at a fair price.

Compact room. Clean and comfy bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Pleasant grounds around motel. Short walk to beach and town and ferry. Use of kettle in motel reception or coffee and paper cups available. Pool, but we did not use it.

Although there was a fridge and microwave in room there were no cups, plates or cutlery. Only one stool and one chair for 2 people. Small room. House keeping changed all towels every day totally unnecessary, even clean unused towels. Booking details mentioned outdoor seating but this was not with the room. There was general seating facility for anyone’s use in the motel grounds.

Great location for a day trip on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Spoke to Joyce ,who ok'ed us to park in the hotel lot and save us the parking fee for the ferry. Didn't use the pool or the picnic area and grills, but they were well maintained and looked inviting. The room was wonderful. An efficiency with a fridge and microwave, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Debbie was amazing, great fun talking about the area and our family adventures with each other. Made the visit that much more fun!

Only had time to stay 1 day. Coffee/tea at the office, not in the rooms, but a short walk wasn't really a problem. I don't have any real negative thoughts.

Loved the room and enjoyed the swimming pool. It seemed better than expected from pictures online. Liked the individual parking places. Really liked the fact it wasn’t standard motel layout but had separate little houses and instructions that were very clear to find them. Good range of TV channels.

Need access to coffee in room so don’t have to get dressed to fetch from office. Would have liked swimming pool code to be in welcome pack.

We had the most amazing experience at this property! We definitely got an upgraded room for which I was so grateful. Our room was a very spacious suite on the second floor of a quaint, small building around the back of the Motor Lodge. It had high ceilings, a living room, kitchen, bath and large bedroom. The suite also had a deck that we didn't have to share with anyone, since there wasn't anyone staying in the room next door. Since it was off-season, there wasn't any deck furniture, so we sat inside, but opened the doors to the deck so we could enjoy the fresh, crisp Cape Cod evening air. It was so quiet. We drank champagne. We could have sat there all night. The location of this hotel is also amazing. We walked to a local restaurant, Shipwrecked, and sat outside, despite that it was a bit chilly. The entire outdoor area was full of people! Luckily there were heaters going that kept us warm. It was so nice to have a view of the water while we enjoyed our dinner. And afterwards, we crossed the road and took a walk on the beach. Such a great evening! The following morning we ate breakfast at The Black Dog Heights Cafe (which was still open, despite being off-season). We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the suite, the outdoor deck, and the short walk to the restaurant and beach. We will be back!!

Can't fault this hotel.. Staff were friendly rooms were spotless location was great would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is just up the street and beach is a 5 minute wander away. Plenty bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and we explored the whole cape from our base in Falmouth.
