The location was excellent. The hotel was close (approx. 30min) to the old town and 5-6 min away from Piata Romana (bus station) in case someone wanted to go to the airport by bus. Also it was very quiet. You could not hear any noises neither from other guests rooms nor the street. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean, warm, ac was quiet (in many other hotels usually are noisy) and smelled great. We could also leave our staff in reception area in case of late flight after check out.

The excessive use of room air freshener in the reception area. I understand its nice for a hotel to smell nice but this was too much we couldn't breath!!! Also, the need to use room card EVERYWHERE (for the elevator and the stairs) was a bit annoying since we took at the breakfast only one room card and if anyone wanted to go upstairs, the rest of us should have to wait for this someone to come downstairs so we could use the elevator to go upstairs. Not very important things to mention but it's my honest review.

The airport bus, no. 100, is the simplest way to reach Bucharest City Centre (credit card payment in bus) and esp. the bus stop at Piata Romana means that there is only a short 10 minute walk to the hotel in a quiet area. Several other city bus stops and a metro station are near the hotel. Thus, the hotel is ideal for using public transportation and walking to several tourist sites nearby. Take note that Bucharest is digital, so bus tickets are not available everywhere but credit card usage is possible. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and service minded; the check-in and out was quick and simple. The room spacious and comfortable with free mini-bar (mostly soft drinks,) coffee and tea facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of tasty foods. An extra service was the shower section equipped with an emergency help facility in case of a fall. The reception even gave me two card keys, so the electricity could run for charging iPad/laptop when out of the room. In front of the hotel there is an outdoor seating area as well as very comfortable chairs in the large reception hall with possibility of charging electronic devices while waiting or just relaxing. There were several good street-food stalls nearby.as well as restaurants incl. the hotel’s, which had good options.

Very good location - central but tucked slightly off the main roads so nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest.

The only slight issue we had was that there was no food available when we arrived after 10pm - the staff were accommodating and actually made us some simple food before they closed the kitchen, but it would be good if there was a 24 hour menu, even if it was a reduced menu. We did slightly feel under pressure to order and eat quickly. Having said that, we could have had food delivered and there were several 24 hour fast food options nearby.

The location is perfect if you want to go out to explore the city, because it is only possible on foot, due to very heavy traffic.

Tap water in rooms is all chlorine, it's like bathing in the swimming pool, impossible to use for tea kettle. Go only for bottled options.

I liked the location, facilities in general, a really good bed, quite nice breakfast with fresh fruits, very calm stay. The staff was helpful, the street nice and calm. No view available from your room, but the facade of the building is really nice, I liked it. Don’t forget to put “Not disturbed” on your door, otherwise be ready to wake up at 8:30 even on Sunday - which was my mistake, but it’s good - that’s how the room is really clean.

I didn’t quite like that the AC was broken, however the temperature in my room was fine, since I was leaving in the early morning and returning after the sunset. Should be fine mos. The one particular thing I would change is coffee in the breakfast buffet - it’s not bearable. The sand situation is in the Hilton and many other chains. But really, it so easy ;)

The location was perfect for me—conveniently situated near my conference venue, interesting attractions, and nice restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

The hotel does not have a bar or a place to have a drink other than the restaurant.

The location is very good, in an upscale neighborhood with a lot of restaurant and cafe around. It’s about 20 mins walk to the old town. My room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. The shower was modern and big. The bed was comfy. Wi-fi was very good and AC worked perfectly. Kettle, slipper and mini bar were available. I did not have breakfast but was available. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Staff were friendly throughout, if a little overworked. But the bed was comfortable, pillows were decent and blackout curtains helpful. Breakfast had lots of gluten free options for my girlfriend which she appreciated.

We kept having to ask for more stuff for the room. They gave us one teabag between two people, only enough milk for one cup of tea, and only one dressing robe. The staff member said that "by default, rooms are set up for only one person" which I think is odd when the booking is clearly for two.

Great, smart location (super central but steps away from the hustle and bustle so great to be close to everything but still able to relax).

Checkout was a bit hectic. There was only one person at the reception (who was pretty amazing at handling the high volume of work with a smile) but there was a waiter literally screaming with/at his colleagues while there were around 8 of us at the reception. The receptionist tried to tell him nicely to stop but it didn’t work. A bit surprising to experience that in this type of establishment.
