good location, good breakfast, and good room

My original booking shows a room with two bathrooms with a tub and toiletries. However, when I walked into the room, and saw only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet room. Then I called the front desk staff and they initially told me that there are two bathrooms. But I tried to show them the room descriptions from Booking.com. In the end, I spent an extra 40 minutes communicating with the front staff and they changed my room to a room with 2 bathrooms. The result is perfect. But the communication and negotiations took my patience and temper away! Front staff should be trained more. Still recommend the hotel to travelers!!

Fantastic location, good facilities, attentive and polite staff. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We were given a free upgrade to a suite.

The free upgrade to a suite meant we didn’t have a walk in shower. Had to climb in and out of the bath. This is not as simple in your 60’s as it is in your 40’s. Also because we were in a corner room with 2 windows the shower head had to be mounted at a 45 degree angle which made it extremely difficult to not flood the floor and around the bath. Shouldn’t complain really.

Arrived early to the hotel following a rather tiring flight. Immediately told my room had been upgraded and I could check in straight away - no sitting in the foyer for two hours trying to stay awake! Room was fantastic with a pleasant view over the city. Facilities were excellent, although I didn't get chance to use the gym or the pool during my visit - maybe next time. Breakfast was very good, with a good choice of local and western foods, the coffee deserves a special mention as being the most exquisite cappuccino I've ever had the pleasure of. In terms of location, the hotel is only a few minutes away from Asoke on the BTS and if shopping is your thing, then Terminal 21 should satisfy the most enthusiastic, and there are other luxury malls nearby if that's your thing. The notorious Soi Cowboy is quite close, if you want to sample BKK nightlife, and the area is well served with restaurants and bars - must mention Scruffy Murphy's on Soi 23 who keep an excellent cellar and do a spectacular massaman curry. Lastly, would be criminal if I didn't mention the staff who were exceedingly helpful and unfailingly pleasant. Very much looking forward to my next visit.

Hardly anything to complain about really, the only trivial issue was the master switch for the bedroom lights was nowhere near the bed, so had to get up to switch the lights off. Since the blackout curtains were so effective, finding the bed again was no mean feat. To conclude, I have to mention the excellent soundproofing in the room, which very effectively drowned out the racket from some of the less considerate guests.

Loved absolutely everything about this property. Ploy a charming young lady checked us in and we received an upgrade. Breakfast excellent as so many choices. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and Gym all excellent Facilities are great. We are returning in March, thankfully so!! So very central for everyone. Massive Terminal 21 shopping mall very good. So many choices right at the door of the hotel. No complaints only praise.

The location was spot-on. I only had one night here with an extended checkout as a pit stop on my way home from Cambodia. I wanted to be near the Skyrail and within stumbling distance of the party district, hoping to snap a few “fun” photos I might or might not regret later. The hotel? Convenient, clean, and tidy—a trifecta I’m always grateful for. My room was massive (seriously, I could have set up a yoga studio in there), and the staff were fantastic. They even smiled at me as I tried to act nonchalant with my luggage stuffed to bursting.

I wouldn’t call it a five-star hotel—more like a four-star corporate setup. The kitchen was… let’s just say minimalist. Not a snack or even a hint of cleaning supplies in sight. And as for those little five-star touches? Nowhere to be found. It was literally just a space, like they’d ticked every box on “hotel basics” but hadn’t quite reached “let’s make it memorable.”

Great location as close to MRT and Terminal 21 mall. Easy access to the hotel. Great pool to chill after hot day. Room size is big as compared to any other hotel

We loved the location of the hotel, it was 5 minutes walking distance to Asok BTS line and Sukhumvit MRT line. This makes it easy to come and go from the Airport. The rooms inside were spacious with comfortable bedding. I also loved the fact that the hotel did not collect a Hotel Bond. That is always a plus for me, and I would gladly share that point across.

There wasn't much we didn't like about the hotel. Everything was good.

Clean, well-maintained, good amenities, great location and nice staff. A short few minutes walk from Sukhumvit MRT station, Asok BTS station, Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy. Would definitely stay here again.

As someone working in IT and dealing with security as part of my job, I'm really irked when someone tries to photo copy and/or write down my credit card details (full number + CVV). Unfortunately they did it without my permission. I was able to stop them from the photocopy, but they still sneakily recorded my CC details in a god knows what piece sort of software.. Hotels must stop doing this!

Location near Sukhimvit station was nice. It was also next to many shops and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful. It's a dated hotel, but well located and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice.

Room cleaning was so-so. I felt like the floors were a little dirty and the kitchenette was not well cleaned. The staff played the same song over and over during breakfast. Very annoying song played at loud volume, which made the breakfast atmosphere unpleasant.

Personnel was super polite and helpful. Have not experienced this service anywhere else during my long travels throughout Thailand. Special shout out to this young man who went above and beyond, I just dont know his name but you will recognize him when you encounter with him. From helping me unload with kids from the taxi to helping me with the dryer to opening the doors. Just give this guy a promotion. l floor had a kids area which was well maintained, clean and extensive. With airco of course. Gym was just a hotel gym. Could maintain my strength. Breakfast area personnel was super helpful by getting me kids chairs and kids tableware every morning. Amazing view from the breakfast area. Good coffee options as well. Breakfast itself was good, wide variety from western to thai and japanese. Location superb, 5 min walk to Terminal 21. Room was spacious as well and had a washing machine. Next to the hotel was the Jasmine building which had a supermarket, atm, boots and some restaurants. Really convenient. I had this amazing view over the Terminal 21 crossing and sunset which was lovely.

Room had this piss smell and I was uncertain if this came from the sewer system. Floor in the room was super slippery, I hold my heart for elder folks who might slip. You could see that the furniture was a bit dated and could freshen up a bit.
