A wonderful stay in the heart of the city offering the best in modern facilities. Salvatore is a most generous and supporting host that provides almost anything one needs to make the stay comfortable. We loved the fact that the towels and all the bathroom supplies were changed and replenished on daily basis. The fridge was constantly refilled with water and juice. Snacks like tortinas and hot beverages were provided daily in the room. A neat place to spend few days in this lovely Catania.

Salvatore is an amazing host! He allowed us to check in early and met us at the property to assist with our luggage. The accommodation is on the 4th floor of the building, but there is a lift which worked well. The room was very comfortable and had an assortment of complimentary snacks and drinks. The location was very central and was walking distance to all the main areas, plus the room had wonderful views of Etna and Giardino Bellini. Salvatore even arranged our taxi to the airport for the morning we checked out.

Salvatore is a nice and great host. He provided good information and explained everything well including the local cuisine. Location is convenient - walking distance to city center excursions pick up point, many restaurants /cafes/bakeries around the corner and near a local market. Bedroom/bathroom/toilet and common area are clean. Bed is comfortable. Local delicacies, bottled water and juice are replenished in the bedroom daily. Self service nice coffee from a machine in the common area. Nice bedroom and common room balcony with view of Mount Etna. Salvatore surprised us one evening with a homemade lasagne - it was really delicious ! Such a nice gesture !

Salvatore is the best host - very accommodating, informative, friendly, helpful. Room and amenities matched the description and everything was clean. Location is of course excellent! A few pointers for those who might wonder: - light sleepers should bring earplugs (busy street and closing of theater shows next door causes some noise) - bring your own hair conditioner - there are a few steps up to the elevator I will stay again!

We had an incredible stay at B&B EH13! The central location just steps away from Via Etnea and popular bars, along with convenient access to public transport, made our exploration of the area so easy. Salvatore, the host, truly lived up to the glowing reviews - he was incredibly accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations with its spectacular cleanliness, and the daily restocking of the mini bar with juices, milk, and water was a thoughtful touch. Having coffee and cakes replenished daily added a delightful personal touch. The lift to the apartment on the 4th floor was a unique experience, complete with different relaxing music each time we used it. It's these small details that set this accommodation apart. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!

Nothing at all!

Exseded all expectations.The best stay in Catania. Everything is just a short walk from the apartment. The room is cleaned every day. Nice touch with the water bottles in the fridge that are included. The host is welcoming and explained everything that is must see,,showed us on the map and we just followed the instructions. If you are coming with luggage from the train/bus station, the best choice is to take the metro only one stop for 1 €. The stop you go of is Stesicoro. Short walk from there.

We loved everything

The owner Steffano greeted me outside when I arrived. He was simply wonderful from the beginning to the end of my stay. The B&B was meticulous. Stefano went over the map with me, so that I knew where to go for the day, he explained the use of the espresso machine and coffee machines, he went out of his way to leave me a special Sicilian treat in the room that was wrapped beautifully. It was simply delicious and so special! The room was lovely with a large balcony overlooking Mount Etna. He was able to book a trip for me to Mount Etna that pic me right up from the B&B. The last night of my stay with a terrible storm, and the generator went out thus no electricity or AC he arrived in the evening with a flashlight to help me pack for my trip returning home. Unfortunately, he had no control over the generator and electricity did not go on until 5:26 in the morning, Stefano also arranged a taxi for me to return to the airport. I would stay here again the location was stellar, and I could not have asked for a more wonderful host!

I would’ve loved a small breakfast, but I knew it was not available. He did leave some tea cakes in the room every day.

Salvatore went above and beyond to accommodate me and my father. He provided very useful information at check in regarding what restaurants to eat at and sites to visit. He was very responsive and attentive to our needs when we reached out. I liked that the room was regularly cleaned and I did not experience any issues with noise during my stay. I also liked that the accommodation was within walking distance to a park, a bus stop, and the main downtown area, as well as many restaurants

This isn't necessarily the fault of the property, but the water took a little bit of time to warm up for the shower. Maybe Salvatore could mention that at check in so visitors know things are not broken, it just takes some time.

The accommodation is in a pleasant location near the center, there is an elevator in the house. It is available in the room fridge, kettle, coffee, milk, water, juice, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning...From the room you go out to the balcony and you can see Etna in the distance. The owner Salvatore pays attention to cleanliness and comfort. He is very nice and willing to help and accommodate you at any time. We felt at home. Salvátore is a great host.

Host was there to greet us and was very accommodating during our stay (offering restaurant and other travel suggestions). We loved staying in this location-next to a beautiful park, near some wonderful restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the piazza. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Paid, secure, garage parking only one block away. Highly recommend!
