I appreciate that your cleaning supplies do not leave a distinct odor of fragrance in the rooms. Important to have fragrance-free laundry & cleaning products. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

The coffee at breakfast was weak and watery. My only complaint.

excellent location near Wally's station, great friendly staff, free pop corn , juice, water, coffee, wide rooms, comfort beds, clean, quiet, free wifi, free parking.

the things didn't like was the rooms AC were set to fan, can not heat or cool, they said it was for safety but that was uncomfortable 8 nights sleep, we had to stay out at parking lot every night for some refreshing air then go to sleep, repeat, also the breakfast was pork every day, we don't eat pork, there no hot dog ir other options for us, the egg were scrambled everyday, we prefer boiled ir sunny eggs but was not available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Love that you are pet friendly. Everyone in our group had dogs for competition and they were very friendly about it. It's definitely outdated and the carpets in the hallways need to be replaced, but for the $ it was good.

If you stay multiple days, they do not clean the rooms unless you request it. Would have been nice to know at check in.

What was going to be a 3 day stop over became a 3 week stay. The layout of the room was perfect for me to gather data and return for analysis. The reading area setup, the desk, the buffet and etc.

Having stayed at other hotels/motels, at this level of comfort, I was not disappointed in my room nor my stay at all. Hence, my lengthy stay.

My child loved the pool and the pancake machine during breakfast. The last morning we were there, they ran out of sausages and cereal. The hallways were clean and the rooms didn't smell. The water was hot and the sheets were clean.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was a good place to spend a few nights while sight-seeing in St. Louis

It was a great location. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot with great water pressure.

The grounds could have stood a bit of cleaning up, but it was ok. The carpet in the room could stand to be shampooed, as there were a couple of sticky spots. Breakfast was good it just could have been available for another 30-60 minutes. All-in-all, it was fine.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. We needed some activities and kids places for our son and their input was so on point , we enjoyed every single one of them. We will definitely come back

I wish there was a sitting area in the lobby, except for the breakfast area .

We liked it probably because it was our first time in the St Louis area, wanted a place out side the city well priced and the bonus it was at Wally’s. They also had a pancake machine for breakfast we had never experienced so the kids liked that.

Entrance to parking lot was strange for me but not from the area so this could have been common for area.
