Everything was perfect! We arrived with a wheelchair and although I didn’t mention it when booking,because I saw there’s a lift in the hotel with a few steps at the entrance,they were extremely helpful and kind to us the whole time we stayed there 😊 We only wanted to stay one night but the next day there was a strike at the train station so we had to find a room for another night and our first thought was to go back and book with them again,that’s how wonderful they were to us! Luckily they managed to help us! Everybody was so nice but Giuseppe at the reception is a star ⭐️! He spoke english fluently and he is one of the best person we ever met! Called us an accessible taxi when we needed and even stored our food for the long train ride while we explored the city before we had to leave! 😊 He is kind and genuine! We still talk about him at home even after 2 weeks! Overall it was amazing to stay with them! Thank you so very much to the whole staff and especially to dear Giuseppe! ☺️ We hope that we see you all again! Anna and Zoltán 😊

Location was great. You can easily walk to the Vatican and other main landmarks. There is also a metro station a few blocks away from the hotel. Breakfast was good. It's every day the same but honestly I can't complain (eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee.) The view from the rooftop is nice.

Beds were smaller than I expected, but comfortable enough. I paid when I made the reservation way ahead of my arrival, but I still had to pay some taxes when I arrived, which was confusing.

The location is great. Even though not in the center of Rome its location is quiet and the metro is easily accessible. I did call taxis as well which were easy to get. The staff were all wonderful. They made our stay perfect. Helped us get transportation to the airport which was smooth and easy. The maid service was amazing. Our room was cleaned daily. The rooftop bar was a fantastic way to end your day. The bartender was always pleasant and asked about our day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Rome.

The 1st flight of stairs to the elevator was unexpected but that is not their fault. Just be mindful if you have big luggage.

The reception staff are all so pleasant, approachable, and very helpful with my inquiries. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop, and it is easy to find. Good breakfast selection, plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was adequate in size, and it's clean and comfortable. As a woman solo traveller who chose Rome to spend my birthday getaway, I felt safe staying in this hotel. I love the jacuzzi in my room! Also, the roof terrace is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise, the sky at night, and so many views around. If I come back to Rome, I'd stay here again.

It wasn't really a big deal with me as I'm out all day and don't get back till late. There is no pleasant view at all from my bedroom window but overlooking a courtyard roof and facing other flats, so I keep the curtains shut.

The roof top area once there was nice but this isnt a hotel to take anyone with accessibility issues which needs to be more clearly stated

The accessibility for those who have mobility issues is extremely poor and wouldnt pass regulations within the UK. Lift was installed before the Vatican was built, reception on 4th floor is weird. To get from 'welcome' desk on ground floor youve to go up stairs to get the lift which isnt advertised and someone with mobility issues on my stay really struggled, the main attraction in this hotel is the views on the rooftop which is really good but accessed through fire stairs so couldnt be enjoyed by people travelling with me. Dust was insane, beds are small. Location is great and this would be good for a young couple or people without accessibility issues

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s located in a very quiet area close to Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican, which made it easy to explore the city while still getting a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar – it’s a great spot to relax in the evening with beautiful views. The rooms are simple but clean and functional. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Our room didn’t have any wardrobes, although there was enough space for our suitcases. Also, breakfast was the same every day and I personally missed having some vegetables.

All the staff were very friendly and nice, with great English! The room was clean and comfortable. We got a room with a jacuzzi, which was fantastic, especially after a long day of sightseeing! Our room had a very firm mattress, which was perfect for me and my back problems. They have air conditioning😍/ heating units. The rooftop was beautiful, with great views of the city around us. They require the tourism tax at check-in and in cash. To get into the hotel there is a small set of steps up and then a lift (which is from the 1900s and runs perfectly) so if you use a walking stick, as I do, it is still very easily accessible. The location was perfect!! There was everything you need around the hotel, eg, shopping, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and market stalls. Vatican city was 10/15 min walk away, depending on the route you take. The saint angelo is only a 20-minute walk away, and another 20 min walk will bring you into the centre of Rome closer to all other attractions. No matter where you go, the buildings and scenery are beyond beautiful!!

Great sized room - we had 2 single beds and were very comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and had a good supply of towels and various soap bits etc. There is a single lift that goes from floor 1 but we didn't realise that so started the climb up to the 4th floor! Thankfully we were met by the guy on reception who showed us the lift - all worked fine and no wait for it at all. There was breakfast available but although not fancy, it had quite a wide choice - it was decent to get the day started! We were around 10 mins walk from Vatican City and in the shopping district - plenty of eating places around and it was close to everything. We walked everywhere even though it was close to the Metro station - would definitely recommend if you wanted to stay to closer to the Vatican City.

Nothing at all - it was perfect for what we wanted and the price was excellent.

This hotel is located very close to St.Peter's and plenty of local shops and restaurants. The rooms were fine, decent value for money. A very large and high four poster bed in my room. Breakfast is available in a small area off the reception. There's a decent vending machine offer and drinks that can be bought.

There is a mini reception from the ground entrance where it isn't clear if you are in the right place. There's a small lift to go up to reception and the rooms - if there are more of two of you with bags, you will need two trips. Not a massive negative, just not overly clear upon arrival. No tea / coffee in the room.
