The apartment is very close to public transportation. There is a taxi stop right in front of the building. Subway is about 10-minutes walking distance. Tram is mere meters away. You do not need too much transportation anyways, because all the central tourist attractions are walking distance. We drove from a long distance, so did not want to deal with parking situation. The host was very responsive and kind to recommend us a nearby parking place. They even helped us get a discounted parking rate and save money.

The floors are squeaky. We saw this in the comments before booking the room, but did not mind. However, if you wake up in the middle of the night to pee, there is a very good chance that you will wake up everyone else sleeping in the apartment.

Location : 4 tram stops to the central ring road or 15 min walk. Tram comes every 2 - 4 min. There's also the 13A bus from the Vienna Central Station, a 30 min ride and the apartments are the last stop just around the corner. 2 main supermarkets just steps away, as well as a Cafe and some restaurants. Highly reccomend the place on the university campus, Stiegle Ambulanz, for hearty meals, drinks and nice ambience. Big place so you'll always find a spot. Apartment was comfortable, crisp bedding, Very cozy, warm and comfy duvet. Had everything you need for a week stay, especially if you wanted to prepare meals at the apartment. There were 3 of us and so we had a 1 bedroom, with the sofa bed prepared for my 9yr old. Staff were very friendly. Seems family run.

Could use a fresh coat of paint, get rid of the shag rug that may have been clean but shag rugs in apartments just give a feeling of not being so clean since they are hotbeds for dust and germs. It has a bit of a tired look but nothing that would prevent me from staying there gain. it's obviously popular and thus a bit worn. There was hair conditioner instead of shower gel. Looked like a product left over from someone else so just bring your own. Towels are provided though.

The location is very good and the room is spacious.

The heating worked on the first day. But it didn't work on the second day. we were supposed to sleep there for 3 nights. We decided to go home earlier.

Serviced-Appartements-Josefstadt are located within easy reach of Vienna sightseeings (walking distance 20min). Just in front of the Appartments you can find two public transport stops (bus&tram). There are a grocery store Billa(from7 to 20h) cafes, offering the clients a simple breakfast menu and a bakery. You have a Nespresso machine, microwave and a hot plate. And last but not least very kind and helpful hosts.

The location, the safety, the quietness.

The mattress was overly compressed in the middle.

The size of the appartment which has a big leaving room and bedroom, flat is very light due to big windows and warm (heating, hot water was just perfect) clean linen and towels, fully equipped with all necessary kitchen inventory. And the great location within walking distance to the city center..

Smell of cigatettes in the appartment, but this is unfortunately due to previous tenants not respecting the rules.

Clean, Good facilities, good location, quite neighbours, overall lovey experience I would definitely stay here again. The apartament was spacious and it had a good amount of furniture, my friend was sleeping on the sofa-bed and she said ti was a little hard, but not too bad. The thermostat was also easy to use and working, so we could regulate the temperature to be perfect.

The water heater in the kitchen was making some noises sometimes, but it wasn't a big issue to be honest. I would maybe recommend the staff to include a spare blanket or two in the room, but we weren't cold during the stay since the thermostat was working, it just nice to cover up when relaxing on the arm chairs.

The location is very and very good! Just in a minute to 3 markets where you can buy anything you want. Just be at time there… The proximity to the centre is 15 min to walk. We did around 18.000 - 23.000 steps per day - so, we enjoyed our stay there. Even with the taxi it wasn’t expansive. Will come again to Vienna!🇦🇹🔥❤️

The noise from the neighbours… hopefully you change the windows to the new one. And it is better to write that the washing Maschine is not at the apartment but in the laundry. Was not comfortable. 🤷‍♀️

The apartment house is perfectly located – not in the most touristy section, but in a charming neighborhood with a very good and easy connection to the main station as well as various parts of the city. Bus and tram stations are just in front of the building, grocery stores, cafés, bistros, bars, and restaurants are within a five-minute walk from the building. The apartment is well-equipped for a stay of any length, with a very comfortable bed, a table, a wardrobe and a fully-equipped kitchen in the corridor. Despite the commotion on the main street, the room is quiet. Keys pickup is through a locker, the reception is open every morning and the host even comes to ask if everything is okay. I needed an invoice for my employer and it went smoothly.

I liked everything and will sure come back.

Great location and next to public transport. Very clean apartment with a comfortable bed. The soundproof windows made sure the apartment was quiet when closed. The host, Alen, was very attentive and was ready to assist with any concerns.

A little warm in the summer as there was no air conditioning. But it was expected. I hoped the laundry facilities were in the apartment rather than at a separate location within the facility.
