We stayed for a night at Batonka and had a lovely time. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The rooms were spotless! Bed so comfortable and one of the best showers we’ve ever had! We only had lunch at the lodge but it was delicious. Would highly recommend for anybody wanting to have a more intimate stay close to all the amenities of Victoria Falls.

The property was secure and had 2 pools set in lovely gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was nice.

Nothing I think for the price they should offer free shuttle to and from airport though.

Outstanding hospitality & welcome from Jonathon, the general manager. Due to our timing, he facilitated an earlier than normal check-in and a later check out. We were very appreciative. All meals were excellent. Room & bathroom was very spacious & nicely appointed. Lounge and terrace were extremely comfortable, with a lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Rooms are all on ground level with private patio. Hotel has twice daily shuttle into town. Free wifi. A great hotel.

It is a slightly further distance from the main part of Vic Falls, but very manageable in a short taxi ride.

Batonka is a beautiful, tranquil guest house located just outside the centre of Victoria Falls with easy access to the Falls and airport. The staff are very welcoming, happy and informative, rooms are fantastic, spacious, clean and very comfortable, pool is lovely and grounds beautiful. I would happily recommend Batonka as a 1st class place to stay.

Wonderful staff, very attentive especially the reception ladies Gladys and Stacey that helped us organize our activities and gave us suggestions. Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful garden and a walking distance to the center.

Huge rooms, very comfortable and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned twice a day.

The bathroom and more drinking water in the room.

Location, very cooperative desk staff. They are well informed and guided us properly.

Breakfast spread was not sufficient.
