We loved our stay at the Sonder the Bard. Have stayed with Sonder previously and this was another great find. The location was close to all the train stations making it easy to get to & from the airport. We loved that we could walk everywhere and if not we could jump on the tube to get to where we needed to go. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright and cheerful. The facilities available were excellent. When we needed assistance, someone was always on the phone to help with any query. Would return again. Great value for money.

N/A there was nothing that we did not like. All was smooth and easy to access.

The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Staff were very available and responsive through the app.

The dryer didn't work on the washer/dryer unit--but this was minor, I wasn't even expecting a washer. Everything else was in top order and perfect for our stay!

no air condition .had an abnormally hot week . and windos were cabled shut so u couldnt open . that and checkin process didnt go smooth . your voice help line told me the same as computer on line . it was no help of any value . my 8 minute checkin was an hour ...hunting inter net to figure out what was wrong withb my phone that blocked me finishing last steps. if I had been able to cancel i would have not taken condo . I met a rep on site that was very pleasant and wish i had a live person to great and show me to sppartment .

Pretty much everything. The apartment is huge and incredibly sheltered from street noise. It was fully stocked upon arrival with all the necessaries.

The heaters make banging noises when they switch on which woke me up a lot at the beginning. After purchasing earplugs everything was ok. The essentials cupboard was always out of coffee and laundry detergent. Also a suggestion - the lift should also have a code as the front door was not always closed properly by other guests.

The location is really near UCL as it's around a ten-minute walk to the UCL main campus. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, bright, and it has all the factilies such as a washingmachine. You can also help yourself to store your luggage on the ground floor. Definitely would stay again.

The temperature for the shower was a bit hard to adjust.

the location was excellent. able to walk from Kings Cross, easy entry to appartment. great location re local restaurants, grocers & coffee and also to get into London by walking or tube

was a very warm week and no aircon meant had to open windows and street noise very loud when trying to sleep

Spacious and clean, location is good, quite some places to eat nearby, very downtown and close to bus/underground station , with good facilities for a period of stay.

Comparatively small bathroom. It would be nice to have some hooks and shelves in bathroom to make it more convenient. It took us some time to get hot shower water on the date of late arrival and it became smooth in the following days. And the water doesn’t go very well in the kitchen sink which should have been checked before customer check in.

Terrible drill noise, every morning at 7.30-8 am. This noise was coming from the apartment above. Many neighbors have complained about this. Everything would be fine if not for this noise, it ruined our mornings !!! If you on holiday you want to sleep!!!! .

This was the perfect stay for our family of 3 - excellent location, very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would need.

A heads up on the hot water situation. But once we figured it out, everything was great.

I liked the location, kitchen and size of unit

The boiler broke and I had to wait 36 hours without fix and had to change the room. The periodic maintenance of the boiler was due, this is very dangerous!
