Very good value, and even though its far as the bird flies from town, there's a metro relatively nearby you can get. So you get the best of both worlds in terms of a quiet area and near the action. Comfortable, modern rooms, and the place seems nice and new.

The breakfast was terrible. It was included for me in the room, but I think they should charge something for it in order to make it better. I think some of the ingredients are fake (powdered, rehydrated etc) to save money. Somehow the simplest things like scrambled eggs are just not edible. Either charge for breakfast a little, or remove it, as it just soils the hotel's otherwise nice reputation.

Good size room, comfortable bed and great shower room. Reasonably good buffet breakfast with plenty of food available. Hotel a few minutes walk from Keilaniemi Metro stop so easy to access central Helsinki or for visiting the wider Helsinki Metro area. Top tip! When travelling from central Helsinki by Metro sit at the front of the train. At Keilaniemi follow the signs for exit G or the signs for tram 15. At the station exit look left and you should see the hotel sign. There is a path to the hotel to the left of the tram stop. If you can't see the path walk to the end of the tram platform and it will be obvious.

Lack of wardrobe or cupboard for clothes in room. A few hooks and coat hangers were available but not enough for many items. Limited options for evening meals in local area although food deliveries were allowed and there was a kitchen area for eating food. After a day's sightseeing and a buffet breakfast and a buffet lunch - I just brought in a salad or a filled roll and cake then ate it in the kitchen where there's free coffee and tea available- fine for me but may not suit everyone.

I liked the view over the lake, very close metro station and loved the free coffee - it was excellent!

I loved this clean, modern hotel and the scenery through the window was as I saw in the picture. The toilet, lobby were beautiful. The location of the mirror in the toilet was a bit higher so it was good for using without splashing water on it. The shelf of the mirror was just good for use. The room had enough towels. I think the sound proof was good, too. Cups, chair, and hair dryer were clean and new. It was good enough hotel for one person. The hotel was close to a subway station and a tram station. It was lovely to stay in this hotel.

No window opening but it was a high floor so maybe that is the reason. No close supermarket (maybe I could not find one.).

Great location. Although it's in Espoo, the hotel is in 5-minute walking distance from the metro station, the metro takes you to the centre of Helsinki in 15 minutes. Great places to hike nearby, forests, islands, bays, even beaches. Also shops can be easily found. Great, huge, comfortable bed in the room, nice social places in the hotel lobbies with comfortable couches, armchairs, places to work and/or relax. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were nice treats in the mornings and in the evenings.

The room was very small and basic, there was no space for the two suitcases we had. A fridge for the guests would also be handy, though the staff was very helpful with our breakfast things that needed to be kept in cold.

The hotel is based in the business area in Espoo. It’s a big and modern style hotel. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. It’s fairly easy to get to Helsinki airport from the nearby bus stop.

The room didn’t have wardrobe and one has to hang their clothes from the wall. I guess that’s its style. Breakfast didn’t have that many options as compared to other places I stayed. They said they didn’t serve bacon due to environmental considerations. So not really a great breakfast but it was okay.

Everything. Staff very kind, professional and supportive. The rooms as big, clean and the bed comfortable. There is an area where you can serve coffee and tea for free 24 hours. The breakfast is good (salads, bread, cereals...). The fitness gym is impressive; the best I have ever seen in a hotel (like a normal gym, with all equipment). Lot of space to work (room are not suitable for work but the common area is perfect).

Just as a comment for "improvement" - the air conditioning. It is good, not aggressive and very efficient but it is not good that you can not open the windows at all (even if it would be just on the top). Natural air is important.

Very helpful, friendly and informative staff, clean comfortable room, which was not at all overheated, noisy and airless like some rooms I have had in other modern hotels. The breakfast buffet was good and not overpriced. The kitchen area where you can serve yourself free coffee and tea at any time was a good innovation. The hotel is a short walk from the nearby Metro station along a path for pedestrians and cyclists only. I was tired after a long journey when first arrived at the Central Railway Station in Helsinki so I made the mistake of taking a taxi from there to the hotel. The journey was slow and very, very expensive. The Metro is faster and much cheaper. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel nice room very comfortable beds everything great

at breakfast (bufe) they only have two baby chairs. hotel is very big I think there should have more because we were traveling with a baby and we didn't get a baby chair for the breakfast because they were taken it's very inconvenient because I need to eat with a baby on in hands

The room is spacious especially the bathroom. Breakfast was also good. They have water station where you can refill drinking water. There is a nearby metro, restaurant, grocery though a bit walking distance.

Location is far from the city center. There is not much options for restaurants. Far from attractions. Need to take metro which is a few walking distance from hotel.
