Spacious room, great wifi, air-conditioning - everything worked well. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good an tasty, although pasteis de nata tasted differently on both days we stayed there. The centre of Lisbon can be reached by public transport. Just keep in mind, that transport systems of Almada and Lisbon are different, so you'll need a separate ticket to get to the Cacilhas harbour by tram. Then, Cacilhas ferry and Lisbon public transport are already in one system. Streets between the hotel and Cacilhas harbour are plenty of restaurants. Christ the King monument is just 15 minutes walking distance away. The Almada Forum shopping mall is 30 minutes walking distance away, but you can always use the buses.

Fix the light of a letter M in the hotel name on the roof :)

The room was very comfortable, and had a great view. Also, amenities such as slippers, bathrobe, safe, tea & coffee making facilities were all well appreciated. Soundproofing in the room was excellent. Free underground parking was also a real bonus. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. This is clearly a well managed hotel.

Not so much a complaint, but I was surprised that the hotel is totally alcohol-free. I didn't actually have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but if I did, I would have appreciated a glass of wine with my meal.

The room was cleaned well every day and done so to good quality, staff were very friendly and the facilities were good. A strong AC or heating system depending on what you fancied which proved effective. The room itself wasn't small and had a sufficient amount of plugs for charging

The location was a little out of the way and transport ticket wise, wasn't really possible to buy tickets starting the same morning (we bought 24h tickets starting the night before) but the hotel is a short walk away from the main road into Lisbon with many bus routes

- I made a reservation in a rush and the Hotel immediately felt like in family. A tranquility beyond. Exactly what i needed. ♥️ - The tranquility of the place gave me super good vibes in a moment i need it a couple of days to stop after almost a year rushing. I felt like a new person there. 🧘‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️ - The stuff was super professional in everything they do. They act such a discrete and serene. I ran into couple of situations and got solutions and calmness from them. 🥂 - As a person i love obsessed with art and deco even though i am not into. 🖼️ The decoration of the place was outstanding. Really liked the two pictures composition of the sides of the river landscape. From the Restaurants with plants hanging on the roof, to the impressionist paintings across the messages over the building. Loved em. I even felt asleep on the lobbies sofa looking at the walls with some music while random guests were coming from dinner laughing. Truly something. - You can buy cool merch about Lisbon at affordable price. - Essentially i have no fault of the place. It surprised me nicely in many ways. There is a supermarket just 10 ms away. Main tram at 50ms. Railway Station at 10 mins. And professional service at 0 meters away. And you have grass field just crossing the toad as there is a park infront. ✨ Nothing left to say. Just a Big thank you for being such a tactful in the service. 🙂💐

Thank you to the staff for consistently cleaning our room with high quality every day. The restaurant is quite impressive, with a beautiful interior and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, with reasonable prices for such amazing dishes. The bed is comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park, as well as shops and cafes.

There are a few downsides. The bathrobe and towels are a bit outdated. The hairdryer works inconsistently. The breakfast options can be a bit repetitive, but overall the food is tasty. The room itself is a bit small, especially if you are staying with a family of three or more. It would be advisable to book a larger room in such cases.

Location. There are 2 ways to get to the city center from this hotel by public transport: bus or ferry (but first you have to get to the ferry station by tram). This hotel is excellent if you travel by car; otherwise, consider an extra 40-60 minutes to get to the city center.

Staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Didn't manage to have breakfast but the meals in the restaurant were delicious. Would recommend the club sandwich

It's quite far from the airport and there's not much in the area surrounding it but it was a short walk away from the start line of the half marathon which is why I was there so it worked for me

We had a great short stay at the hotel before heading up to Nazare. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Exceptional shoutout for Vera who went above and beyond in helping us book another night for our holiday. She is a credit to the hotel. Even with the hotel being at full capacity it was very quiet throughout. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Bonus having secure and free car parking. Food at the burger and shake bar was good. Look forward to coming back.

Don’t have any dislikes but would say the hotel is quite far away from any bars and restaurants so just bare that in mind that you may have to drive/taxi. No alcohol served at the hotel.

The breakfast was very yummy and the service for everything was exceptional. The location was amazing as well as the seating for breakfast. We loved the outside seating. The staff was understanding and very helpful

Double bed was super comfy and big! 🤩 Everything was clean; Staff was nice; Although I did not have breakfast included, they gave me a 10% voucher to spend at the restaurant, which is a nice touch; Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel; Check in from 15h 00 and check out at 12h00 which is really convenient; Good desk and nice chair for remote work;

TV didn't have Netflix option 😅
