The location is excellent, 2 minutes stroll to the beginning of the boardwalk. Just outside the hussle and bussle in a quiet cul de sac. No sea view, our balcony ('balconette') overlooked the on-site parking, which was included by the way. Room was well equipped with modern writing desk, table and 2 chairs plus a two seater couch

What could have been better is the soundproofing of the floor above us. We could clearly hear the upstairs person walking barefoot. Sounds like boom boom boom (repeat). Which I think was because their apartment, just like ours, has a tile floor throughout instead of carpet. Soundproofing is a bit of an issue apparently, judging by the notices of fines and eviction in case the night manager needs to come out.

The location was fantastic walking distance to terrigal itself and a short drive to Avoca and Erina. the rooms were very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed fairly up to date and modern appliances. The air fryer came in handy and the tv was great. Lots of space to eat. Large bed and balcony

The pillows were a bit firm and uncomfortable for our liking. Both my partner and I couldn’t use them. We barely seen any staff during our stay every time we walked into reception it was closed or unmanned. A shame the view from the balcony is a carpark but this can’t really be changed

Location is great, we were able to walk around with ease and without having to travel out with the car too often during our 4 day stay. Housekeeping were very friendly.

We're used to firm beds for support so we weren't expecting to fall into clouds! The softness feels good at first but without the support throughout the night, ends up leaving you feeling pretty wrecked the following day. We literally slept on the extra pillows to give us additional support where possible for the following nights. I imagine the beds would be amazing for teens and young adults, I just wouldn't recommend them for anyone who needs support for a good night sleep.

2bedroom apartment was very spacious in the living room and kitchen. Big balcony with comfy couches. Great location close to water and shops but not too noisy . King bed split into 2 singles was very helpful and comfortable. Aircon was excellent especially on the hot days and could be customised to specific rooms , inclined rooms individually.

Queen bedroom was quite small but nicely decorated with lovely linen. The queen bed was a bit too firm but could easily be improved with a new mattress with a topper or just the addition of a quality thick topper to the existing mattress.

Very well equipped room thank you we thoroughly enjoyed the little extras eg Ginger Beer/Juice etc. Staff we very attentive during our two night stay - loved the location very close to shops cafes and delicious food let alone the amazing beach view.

We were in room 1 on level one - at night people walking on the higher levels sounded like elephants - so heavy footed possibly due to flooring being tiles maybe - not a lot you can do but it was incredibly difficult to get to sleep.

Location was great, in walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants and the beach. Room was a good size with an amazing comfy big bed. Loved the added extras topped up items in kitchenette.

May need to update your Facilities information. When booking its states upper floors are accessible by an elevator but failed to mention the three steps down to the rooms. Family member had to get out each time on to the ground and bump their way up the stairs. Room was excellent though for manual wheelchair user.

Location was good. Very quiet, but just a short walk to the beach and all that Terrigal has to offer. Easy parking and lift access to room.

The common BBQ area was right outside my door (on the second floor!) Very loud and echo-ey when a group of 6-8 people decided to use it. I felt that the kitchenette facilities were a bit overstated in the property description. Was very small with most items including a plug-in hotplate stored in the cupboard under the sink. Would have been difficult to use it in the space available. Guess I could've used the BBQ 😁

We LOVED Terrigal Sails Serviced Apartments!! The location was great, very central to Terrigal CBD. And the room was awesome - lovely spa, good shower, and the bed was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Hands down the most comfortable mattress/bed/bedding that we’ve ever encountered!!! We can’t stop thinking about it. Wish we could live here lol

The only thing that could’ve made the property better, would have been a bigger balcony, as it’s just a Juliette balcony.. but you can overlook that as everything else was so good.

The location is great . Also nice to have a balcony and open the door for fresh air. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning so good we've been to a lot of places and the air conditioning becomes too hot and then too cold. This was so serene and nice. Beyond good value for the price. It is very clean and spacious, you feel a good energy which I haven't in other places.

The only thing is the bathroom vanity is a little uncomfortable and the open spa bath. Would be nice if you can have privacy in a closed bathroom. Also would need cockroach spray in the room. Had one large one in the shower.

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay, the room was very clean, with plenty of space, air conditioning was quiet and worked well The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower adequate, however the tap over the basin needs attention as it was very stiff There was also a spa bath which we didn't need to use The bottled water and juice boxes in the fridge were most welcome Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, shops and cafes
