Location was good.

Could not get a parking spot when booking in. Had to pull up in a no parking area to get luggage into croom. The key was very difficult to turn to open the door. If one had to get into the room quickly, there was no chance. There is no electrical outlet near the head of bed to plug in a c-pap machine. Had to sleep without it. Too late and too hard to go and find an extension cord. No tissues in room.

Lovely, clean comfortable room. Nice beds and linen. Quick access to the newly renovated hotel. Friendly gaming room staff - Donna in particular.

Toilet / shower a bit old but I suspect they will be upgraded during the renovations.

The hotel is a masterpiece of architecture that caters for both family and young alike. We were impressed by the dining experience and the various spaces to park oneself. The Motel side is away from the noise and provided a comfortable night sleep

A leaking shower that allows bathroom floor to get very wet

The location was fantastic. Liked that we could walk to dinner at the Pub

Wasn't well equipped. I.e. 1 glass & 2 coffee cups for 3 guests & 1 teaspoon. The shower step was a bit dangerous & shower tiles very slippery

it was not an expensive place to stay

room not very well maintained (lots of damage to surfaces) glasses weren't clean, tv remote had some kind of gunge on it. The motel side is obviously not the primary business of the hotel & for rooms in that conditon people should be paying less than what I was charged

Great location and friendly staff we had our dinner there and were very satisfied with asking staff questions about facilities will be recommending to friends

Everything was excellent. We had no problem finding parking near our rooms so no dislikes

Close to all amenities the pub was great terrific for families with small kids I'd recomend it

Right at the carpark was a bit of putting but in general it was fine there wasn't any real noise or disturbances I realise because of covid there are major setbacks for all but I think it's time for an internal refurbishment also there should be a chain lock on the back door but overall it was pleasant stay

LOCATION IS convenient and easy to find by following GPS directions. Very good value for money. Good selection of reasonably priced meals. Room was clean and comfortable. Walk or drive to Bateau Bay beach.

Bathroom could do with a little renovation. Not necessarily close or central to anything else in the area, but value for money compensates for that.

Good value for money. Very quiet despite being near the busy highway. The room served our purpose, was comfortable and there was a private outdoor sitting area which was very nice. The food was delicious at the Bistro and very relaxing as lots of space. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
