It's nice to be in the city center. Check-in and entry are done digitally. The room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are comfortable. It was also nice to have a Nespresso complimentary.

It was probably mentioned somewhere, but I totally missed it — there’s no elevator and our room was up in the attic on the 4th floor. After a long day out, climbing all those stairs felt like a workout we didn’t sign up for! So I’d definitely suggest double-checking what floor your room will be on. On the bright side, the location is great — right in the center with plenty of bars and fun spots nearby. Just keep in mind, if you’re an early sleeper or not a fan of city noise, this hotel might not be your fav.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We had a good room e balcony over the river and it was a bliss! The cleaning staff are extremely nice and the restaurant/bar just as fine. While everything is online, Chris has been responding to us promptly when we needed and was very accommodating and understanding and very helpful. I would go back next time, no questions asked.

Not a dislike but for some it might be useful to know that the breakfast is “a la carte” (from the menu, not buffet) and for us at least is more of a “good snack” rather than filling full breakfast. However, the quality is top and would definitely recommend getting with breakfast.

Great location in the center of old town. We had a balcony room facing the river, and the balcony was huge! Despite a lively late-night scene down at the street (bars, restaurants), the room was pretty quiet with the windows closed. The bathroom was very nice and had a larger shower than most of the other hotels we stayed at while in Europe, which was appreciated. Great value for the size, price, and quality of the room compared to other cities on our trip.

The room area with the bed was a little cramped, but the furnishings and balcony were very nice. Luggage storage was available (and we used it) but it wasn't really in a secure area of the hotel (use a luggage lock for peace of mind). There are housekeeping staff around but not any kind of front desk/reception--you have to pop into the attached restraurant or message them here. Overall this didn't detract from our stay; this was one of the nicer places we stayed and we'd likely stay here again.

Location is good and there is an amazing view from the window. Breakfast was delicious. It was different from other hotels, you can order something from menu. I was really happy with provided food. I'm in love with their dog Mia <3 the cutest animal to meet Stuff was really helpful to take my suitcase upstairs and keep at the office, since there is no elevator.

The only bad thing is that there is no elevator in the building, so if you have issues with walking upstairs easily or have heavy suitcase, ask the in advance to reserve room not at the high flats.

centrally located, just a minute from U Bahn station, overlooking the river and in the heart of the city. The room had a huge balcony facing the river and it make out stay extremely enjoyable (as it was a summer temperature). We also enjoyed complementary coffee in the room (and drink in on the balcony with stunning view). There is excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathroom as well.

everything is online and we don't have attention span to carefully read e mails from the hotel :-) so several guests struggle to check in. I also did not realize that check in should be done only few hours before coming (similar to airplane check in) so I tried for several times to do it in advance. we were in Nuremberg for the festival so we also sleep longer in the morning and it seems that cleaning crew have only morning shift. They always left clean towels and coffee in front of the door, but if you expect daily cleaning this might be an issue (we were just fine, just saying)

Location is great, very central. Breakfast is very tasty (they could adjust it to my vegan necessities). Since the hotel is in the centre, I was thinking it would be a noisy area, but not at all.

I wish there were some more toiletries in the bathroom, e.g. shower cap, and a tea bag in the room (there was coffee which was probably good, I just needed tea :)). Nevertheless, my experience was great!

We loved the location of the hotel within walking distance to all of downtown. The breakfast and attached bar/restaurant were very nice and the staff there was wonderful. Food was very good.

We had a lovely room on the 4th/5th floor but there was no elevator. So we had to hike 5 flights of stairs whenever we went to and from our room. I knew I could check-in online but did not realize it was the only option and that there was no reception area with a staff member to help. We figured it out with the help of the restaurant staff but not the best start after a long travel day.

Amazing location with easy check in and check out. Room is very comfortable - rather noisy outside.

The downstairs restaurant serves lovely food, although the breakfast deal is very confusing. In the room it says set breakfast is 17.9 euros, however no set breakfast options available and finished up paying 19 euros. My German not sufficient to query the price.

Great location, room was big with good soundproofing. Very modern and conveniently has a restaurant bar downstairs. Aircon worked well. Nice to have a coffee machine and a fridge.

I really wanted to rate this 10 stars but the cleaners were so loud outside my room this morning, waking me up with their shouting and laughing. I thought it was really inconsiderate to the guests and unprofessional.

The room was perfect. Super cozy, super warm, and very comfortable. Ours was on the 4th floor so it was kind of an attic and there was an amazing side view of the river. Just a heads up there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues you should choose a different hotel. The room was also very clean, spotless.. The location was just perfect. Right in the middle of the center and the price was definitely value for money. The fact that the whole check in and check out process was digital, made it even easier for us. The staff was quick to answer every question we had through the app.
