A great looking hotel with climatic design, huge room for 4 people, comfortable beds and pillows, a "balcony", overall the best choice in Kutaisi for its price :), helpful staff and perfect localisation and really clean.

There was NO warm water in the shower, I was trying to resolve this problem with staff, they told me it should work from now on, I started showering and I had warm water for a minute or two. I didn't try again to resolve the problem because I already gave up after my ice cold shower, there is a noise in bathroom from some machine underneath although it's not a big deal, shower is poorly designed, water spills everywhere, and you can easily fall on ground because of weird door step, yeah I was a victim of it.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy hotel in the heart of Kutaisi. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Breakfasts were also a delight – tasty and satisfying. The rooms may not have the most modern renovation, but they are clean and very cozy. Hot water can be inconsistent: it takes a while to arrive, and it can suddenly turn cold during a shower, which is quite unpleasant • Parking can be difficult near the hotel • Noise from cars in the evening – some drivers gather under the windows and rev their engines for fun, which can be disturbing Despite a couple of downsides, the positive aspects of this hotel far outweigh the negatives. A big thank you to the staff for their hard work and outstanding hospitality!

Very comfortable room with private bathroom. Really good water pressure in the shower. We got a bathrobe and slippers each. The room also had a nice view to the mountains. I also loved that it felt very private - almost like our room was only one on that floor (it wasn’t). The staff is helpful and very nice despite their modest English. Breakfast is good and served in the restaurant downstairs. You get a plate with egg (different options to choose from. Some with sausage) plus bread, some veggies, coffee or tea and juice. Location is also super central and convenient. We would definitely come back here if we visit Kutaisi again.

The towel bar in the bathroom was loose but that’s a minor detail that didn’t have any impact on our stay of course

Location is awesome, right at the centre in front of a park. Many restaurants, cafes nearby; White Bridge just a few steps away. The family room was unbelievably spacious, there's a small area where you can sit for coffee, wine and watch people passing by. Also there's a table where you can do some work, and a seating area. There's a Thai restaurant on the ground floor and the breakfast provided was good. Lots of eletric sockets, wardrobe, storage; toiletries, slippers, robes were available. They also let us leave our luggage while we wait for our airport transfer. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

We loved our room because the hotel has a perfect location in front of a nice park in the middle of the city center. The receptionist did their best whenever we had any requests. We highly recommend to ask for transfer service from/to the airport and to any other location, because our driver Jaba and his collegues were really kind and they got us to all our destinations. Their service was cheap, quick and got the maximum in all aspects.

The evenings are a little busy in the square next to the hotel, but when it was bedtime the square was silent again. Breakfast time should have been a little earlier, but the staff managed to serve us our food every day.

The Hotel is a few steps from the White Bridge, Rooftop bar with amazing views over Rioni River, the History Museum, really downtown and within walking distance from major touristic attractions. The hotel staff is really helpful, they asked and provided for us airport transfer, at a price that was lower than what we found online. The driver, Jaba, was really punctual, reliable, and sociable, fully recommend his services. Breakfast was nutritious and kitchen staff really nice. On our checkout day, we kindly asked them to pack our breakfast, and they promptly answer our request.

A little bit noisy street/pedestrian zone just under the window. Noise from the stairs/other rooms as well - other guests were returning quite late, and you can easily hear them.

Good place for the value, great location, and good room, not the cleanest but overall fine. *Additional tip, use Bolt in Kutaisi and all Georgia, it is the best option.

Just be careful about people, they wrote me about airport service, I agreed price via chat in booking, I shared my boarding pass and arrival time, nobody showed up. Anyway, I would stay there again, just to communicate with staff at all, also very poor in English.

I had a great stay at Hotel Old Town. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated with a traditional touch. The staff were very kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel from 21.12 to 25.12. The historic district of the old town, the white bridge, parks. Everything was great during the stay, helpful staff, nice people. Special thanks to the transfer driver, everything is clear on time, without unnecessary words. Thanks again for the positive emotions from the stay. However, the weather was not very good :).
