1 night @ Pullman hotel and Ofelia restaurant for valentines dinner and a breakfast This was a short stay- after being on the plane and at airports and all the days travels, I just wanted to rest! This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, and great rooms. It was Valentine’s Day! The hotel decorated their restaurant and bar “Ofelia” accordingly. Of corse I had no reservations but they were very accommodating and allowed us to join their wonderful evening. The ambiance was romantic, the music was provided by a live singer, The staff were very precise and knowledgeable. It was beautiful. The next day the hotel and bar turn into a lively breakfast that included an omelette bar, yogurt bar, variety of fresh fruits and breads, many finger cakes and a wonderful display of natural honey. Fresh juices and mimosas were also available! My lovely girlfriend and I will be coming back regularly during my stays in Chile. It helped make our vacation start off perfectly.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The best breakfast buffet I've ever had in any hotel that I have ever stayed in. Attentive wait staff. Wide variety of choices. Staff at the front desk were knowledgeable, gracious, and most helpful. The room was spacious. We prefer rooms without carpet and that's what they had. We were on the 17th floor and we had a great view of the neighborhood in the city as well as the mountains in the distance.

The location is fantastic, near restaurants and the best that Santiago can offer. All staff is attentive; special mention for breakfast area staff. Jonathan, your cappuccino was prepared perfectly, something that we were really missing in South America. Ana, your omelette was divine. Thanks for making our stay special.

Standards for a 5-star hotel in Australia are more strict. Room for improvement to get to the same level.

The staff were fantastic, they were very friendly and amenable and were incredibly helpful when we were making our plans for our onward journey. They really went the extra mile to assist us and we were really overwhelmed by their kindness. The hotel is in a good position and the pool is lovely and clean and the rooms are comfortable. We had a very satisfying stay in Santiago.

Breakfast was great. Balanced and varied. Attention was kind and professional. Location was excellent. Everything is close by. Taxi is inexpensive. Easy to get around.

The bathroom had mold. Black scum at the corners. It needed more attention from the cleaning staff. The sink did not have a cover and it smelled like sewer. The smell came from the sink I think. The toilet may need some renewal or changing it looks a bit old. Other than that it all looked and felt great.

Súper friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable room, though not 100% clean. The restaurant was very good and the pool area was nice. The gym was a bit underdeveloped

Coffee for the coffee maker should be replenished without additional charges. Ridiculous to charge for it. The gym could be better.

Nice property, very well kept and a great restaurant to go with it. Good location. Fantastic staff who paid attention to all details and truly cared about me and others as guests.

Had a hot water outage one morning but that could happen in any hotel, and was promptly addressed by the afternoon.

Staff was polite, attentive and always greeted us with a smile! Kitchen staff was specially accommodating and friendly, made suggestions and left us alone when appropriate. Rooms have a beautiful view!

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the TV, there were no extra pillows or blankets available in the room. We booked 2 rooms (I noted in my reservation we were a family), but our rooms were not adjacent. We were in the same floor thou. An apology was given for the oversight.

The hotel location, for our requirements, was terrific. Access to nearby places to eat was a big nnous.

Our only complaint was the company that ran the tour we took to Concho Y Toro. The individual that acted as the guide/interpreter was inept. The company did not provide adequate instructions before the trip. While driving to the vineyard we were asked to pay in cash. If that was a requirement, it should have been communicated ahead of time. Then the guide/interpreter lost track of the four people in our group and we had to wait for him afterward. Seems to me that if your position is guide that keeping track of your group is your primary responsibility. Very disappointed. The vineyard part was great.

Location is the highlight of the hotel, just accross the street from Parque Bicentenario de Vitacura and 10 min walk to Providencia.
