When we first arrived, we were checked into a room that unfortunately the air conditioner was not working. They had a service guy come out immediately to check on it at which point he said that if it doesn’t change in the next 30 minutes to call the front desk and they’ll move the rooms. We waited out for 30 minutes. Temperature never went down only called the front desk and they were so friendly and moved us to a suite where the air conditioner was absolutely wonderful.

Check in process was reasonably quick and we were able to get into the room straight away which was a massive bonus. The wi-fi was good and the nearby, within walking distance, Preachers Bar is well worth a visit for food and drinks in the evening.

The food options for breakfast were limited you could either have the quick options or the all you can eat buffet. We opted for the buffet which for us was not value for money but the food options provided were varied, plentiful and good quality. We were charged overnight parking when we did not have a car, we only noticed this later when we checked the bill, but as we got into the room early we would overlook this as we would have been prepared to pay for an early entry to the room.

Location to the cruise port was fantastic and the on site shuttle to and from the hotel and port was fantastic and run so efficient and smoothly. The pool was a huge bonus along with the on site Tiki Bar was a great way to pre-game the cruise which is why we were staying there. The on site restaurant wasn't too bad, I think the prices were a bit high for what they served but it was convenient

The rooms were really dated and depending on your room number navigating there was a bit difficult with luggage. The bed was soft and comfy and the shower was a annoyance the water level was backing up constantly and you had to manually reset the drain stop.

Check in and check out was quick and easy, the desk attendant was exceptional and ordered us a shuttle to get to the port the next day. She was very informant and extremely nice, always smiling. The food and drinks were great. Room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed plus some.

Complimentary breakfast would have made the trip perfect. The restaurant wasn’t open either and the tiki hut was supposed to open at 11, but he wasn’t ready. By the time we got food ordered and he was able to bring it out, our shuttle was there to pick us up.

I like the ability to park my car at the hotel and use the shuttle service to get to my cruise ship

AC was marvelous and powerful. Room was quite clean. Fridge in room worked to spec.

Bathroom and (especially) shower were cramped. The showerhead had a weaker stream of water from it than did the sink! Considering I wanted to wash off the salt, sand, and daily grime, this showerhead wasn't up to the task! Plus, while showering, my left elbow and shoulder brushed up against the shower curtain (which stuck to me), while whenever I tried to wash anything on my right side, my right elbow and shoulder wiped against the right shower wall -- so, not especially pleasant. Cramped.

First of all, the bar was awesome, the bartender was so sweet, and the drinks were great. The staff was super friendly and the pool was AMAZING! The family friendly party atmosphere by the pool was so fun and uplifting and honestly, it was a good time being there for the most part.

Okay, I just have a few, 1. The place was not what I expected for the money, it was pretty pricey and very outdated inside and out. 2. The smell, lol the smell was very odd walking through the building which was set up very strange but it was kinda fun to navigate. 3. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET SUCKED - Literally disgusting and I paid $22 a person. I got free breakfast from another florida hotel I stayed in after my cruise and it was 10x better. I wasted SO MUCH money on that breakfast and it made me sick lol. That's really the only big complaint I have.

Pool was beautiful. DJ was great. Pool bar was nice. Lobby was very clean. Room was nice. The price was a great value. We really enjoyed our stay!

Only stayed one night before our cruise. Got there early and it didn’t take long to get into a room. The staff was super nice and helpful. They will take your luggage so that you can eat and/or walk around the facility. This resort made me feel like I was in Mexico. The swimming area was beautiful! I loved the bar area and the food that we got was really good. Our suite was very spacious. They have shuttle pickup to take you to the port, so this resort just makes your stay even better so that you can just relax before you board your cruise. I will definitely book this cruise again.

The only thing I did not care for was the breakfast. It was pretty pricey, and not really worth the 20 plus dollars.

The Radisson Resort at the Port exceeded my families expectations. Front desk staff were courteous and checked us in right away upon arrival. The resort is excellent and has a tropical feel to it. One of the best parts of our stay was dining at their restaurant (the food is excellent and their wait staff/chefs made sure we had what we needed or wanted). I believe the young man's name was Owen that waited on us the evening we were there, but he was excellent. He offered food suggestions and told us all about the local area to pick up any last minute items before our cruise. That's great customer service...

Honestly, I have no complaints. I would definitely return for future visits.
