I had a wonderful stay at the Olympic Paladium Hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were consistently cleaned and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money, providing excellent service and comfort without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay!

The staff were super polite and the breakfast was various and delicious. The location was perfect and there are a lot of parking places behind and aroud the hotel. We managed to find a parking space next to the hotel everytime in a high season.

The barhroom was too small and that would be ok, but everytime one of as took a shower, whole floor was cover with water. No matter how careful we were. The mattresses were old and worn out, not very comfortable but passable.

The location was good - 10 min walk to beach and central bus station. Its on a busy street but didnt distburb me much, since I always use earplugs. Very kind staff, breakfast with plenty of different food ( that was a pleasant surprise). The hotel is a bit outdated but it has hotel standards, so was very fine for me. Reasonable price with breakfast included.

The bed was a bit hard but not a big deal. I slept well.

A good, modern hotel in the newer section of town but within easy walking distance of the old town. I liked the fact that there was a supermarket directly across the street, and appreciated that the hotel served a good breakfast which included eggs, meats and cheese. Friendly, helpful staff ready to go out of the way to ensure guests' comfort.

This hotel met all my expectations.

We never had breakfast. The location was excellent, central with a 24 hour car park adjacent to the hotel. It was within walking distance of a number of tavernas, cafes etc. The lady on reception was very helpful and polite, great value for money,mwe really enjoyed our stay.

The size of the entrance to the shower cubicle. It was alright for us but would be a tight squeeze for someone bigger.

Lady on reception was super helpful. I arrived really early and asked if I could leave my bag. She very kindly allowed me to check into my room. I was very grateful as I hadn’t slept much

Amazing hotel just few minutes from old centrum. Petfriendly (my dog was welcome without a charge). Amazing huge buffet breakfast (we enjoyed them very much). We was in fifth floor and view to sea was amazing (sun in morning came to us first)

Just that dont have parking (you could park in private pay parking around but i find after 1km for free - in monday is there big bazaar, so is forbiden that day only).

The location was good, easily walkable to the sea and the Venetian harbour. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was actually bigger than we had expected from the photos. I also spied a washing machine downstairs which we didn’t use as only there overnight but would have loved if we were staying longer!

The breakfast was ok but nothing great but only a small point. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a good value option though.

Excellent location, 10-15 min walk to the beach, 10 -15 min to the Venetian port, 100 meters and you walk into the old town with all its beauty. 15 min walk to the central bus station ( buses to Chania, Herakleion). Decent WiFi all around the place. Breakfast was very good. Aircon was working good. Really good place to stay with excellent value for the money.

Only a block away from the old town. There is a supermarket across the road. We had a room at the back which was quiet at night. Breakfast was good.

Bed was too soft and the shower was too small. There is a school next door for young kids and it was vey noisy in the day with the children screaming at each other in the schoolyard.
