I had a lovely room in the garden, which was very cosy, quiet and warm (January!) and extremely comfortable. My room was absolutely immaculately clean and had everything I needed including a hairdryer and fridge. A toaster and microwave were also available just up the path, which was well lit and very safe. The shower was great, again immaculately clean, and the hosts Denise and Dave were lovely and welcoming. Plenty of assistance ahead of the visit as I had to get my key early and even an offer of a lift from the station if I was coming by train. There was plenty of parking and I slept on one of the best mattresses I have ever experienced. Lovely breakfast too. Thank you for having me.

A tea towel would have been useful - but other than that nothing!

Good accommodation, with helpful managers based on site. The location outside the main settlement of March makes this an excellent touring centre by car but not by public transport.

I had not appreciated that the external utility room containing the microwave was accessed by going outside into a covered walkway instead of an internal corridor: this would be irritating if trying to cook for more than one person (but does not apply to all the accommodation options at the property as I understand it). My accommodation was all at ground floor level, but a long way from the car park along a route which would be a little narrow for most wheelchairs or mobility aids, and difficult with extensive heavy luggage. Anyone who might anticipate problems with this should ask the management about the detailed location of the particular accommodation and its available access routes, as there is great variability within the site.

We recently stayed at Woodpaddock B&B whilst visiting the area for our nephews wedding. When we arrived owner Denise showed us to our room through the beautiful gardens. Our room was perfect, everything we needed for our two night stay. Great choice for breakfast, ordered the night before and delivered to your room in the morning. Both Denise and husband Dave were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Amazing time.

Had to leave would of loved to stay longer

The room was very comfortable clean and well laid out. The garden was beautiful and I enjoyed relaxing in the garden in the evening. Denise was very kind both before my stay and during it too. Communication regarding my stay was very good and clear instructions for key collection. The breakfast was lovely and arrived on time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a lovely room in a great location,very comfortable and clean. The owner was a lovely person and so very welcoming. The entire place was very relaxing with pretty gardens and a really nice pond feature. We ordered cooked breakfast which was delivered to our room,along with toast,jam,cereal fruit juice,and tea and coffee. All very enjoyable, It also was great for parking ,we had a space on the driveway. I would definately recommend this place,and if I were ever in the area again,I would most certainly book to stay here.

Nothing we didn’t like.

What a gem of a place! The hosts made us feel very welcome and were very personable to talk to. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean and had all essential amenities. Breakfast was excellent, good value and brought to our room (very convenient). Met the head gardener, who was very pleasant to talk to. The grounds are stunning and deserving of a mention. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing little b&b. Quiet, beautiful, garden area was absolutely lovely. Perfect little stop over. Had a great night sleep, bed was comfy and clean. Host was lovely, everything explained well, didn’t have breakfast but there were plenty of options.

No lamp in the room, only one plug socket to plug appliances like hair dryer/straighteners in (there are others for phone chargers) and nowhere to sit/put mirror nearby.

It was lovely to look out over the garden and it was very quiet although very close to March for amenities. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and the bathroom was nice and great to have chairs and table, fridge and microwave and toaster available.

I had thought from the pics the microwave and toaster were in the room but they were in a separate room outside. But this was actually fine really.

The booking was very easy, the room was extremely comfortable and the setting relaxing and quiet The all day breakfast filled the plate with plenty of toast and marmalade on the side, the bottle of milk made the morning tea taste so much better. Denise provided a wonderful welcome and i can appreciate why so many people return to stay at Woodpaddock.

Nothing that i didnt like but having to leave after just the one night booked i will definitely want to return for an extended stay.

A lovely stay in a compact but perfectly appointed bungalow apartment within serene garden surroundings. Spotlessly clean inside and lots of seating areas outside to sit and enjoy the garden. A well equipped kitchen, great for self-catering made even better by the addition of delicious fresh tomatoes given to us by Tor, the resident gardener. Thank you :)
