Fantastic sea and bay view from my 4th floor seaview room.Room was spacious-plenty for a couple. The Sky bar is on top of the hotel and serves drinks,but you can bring your own!The views from there are incredible and anyone can come up-a perfect spot to have drinks with friends at sunset.They even had a DJ on Fri nite and are open until 11pm. There is another terrace on the 5th floor where you can hang out.The staff was super nice and even gave my wife a bottle of Cava for her birthday. Very clean and great location near the Eroski and the beach. Bike garage and rental is right under the hotel

Fitness room door is always open the the outside air right next to the pool and gets too hot. This is because they don't turn on the AC to any building (including rooms!) until later in the season. Our room was pretty warm and we would have appreciated AC. Jacuzzi was broken. Food at the Buffet was 2 star at best. Breakfast was OK but all precooked stuff-no omelets/tortillas fresh made for you. Dinner was not good at all-small selection and no flavor to anything. 24 Euros if you want to bring a friend. Eat at the excellent Reverence Life buffet for 18 euros-you can thank me later!

I liked the location of the hotel as its in the quite area and only 4euro taxi to the main area...the breakfast was adequate but not great no bananas and strawberries which is my type of breakfast.....

I think the hotel could benefit from snack bar at the pool area and some of housekeeping were extremely rude for absolutely no reason....our lady saw us for the 1st time and gave out to us and im still not sure why as it was only my sister and I were in the room so it wasn't untidy etc....the dinner food was awful cold and not good to look at....also at night time the breakfast stuff was laid out without any type of cover bread...fruit cakes etc so I was wary about what I ate in the hotel....

The hotel is incredible ! Though bigger than I expected , the interior is so pretty, the pictures here don’t make it justice. I didn’t know I have half board included in the price and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and we had different dishes every time. I just wish there were more gluten free options but other than that, it was incredible. The room was lovely and really spacious, the balcony with the view was incredible and the staff were truly helpful! Everyone was so lovely , I miss this place a lot already ! I also love that we had a parking lot nearby the hotel and lots of stores near us. Bus stop for the ones who need it right in front of the hotel. Literally perfect. Thankful for the staff and everyone being so welcoming!

The hotel itself is very nice — the room was beautiful, the bed super comfy, and the rooftop view was absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which is gorgeous and well-maintained.

We arrived late at night and found the car parking area very dark, with no clear instructions provided beforehand on how to reach the hotel entrance from the parking. This led us to take a long, inconvenient route up a stairway with our suitcases and backpacks — not exactly the best first impression. Once in the room, we found the air conditioning to be really poor. The room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful. To make matters worse, during breakfast, the staff turned off all the lights at exactly 10am — even though we were still eating. It felt rushed and a bit rude.

Brilliant hotel, the staff went out of their way constantly for us and couldn't have made our stay any better. Massive thanks to Alfonso and Juan in the restaurant who spoiled me for my birthday, genuinely lovely guys. We approached Alfonso on the first night to enquire about vegan options, and from then on he made sure we were catered for perfectly, making a variety of dishes for us. The food on the buffet was fresh and varied, everything was clearly marked with allergens and they had a couple of non-dairy milks. We stayed in the suite and the beds were so comfy, balcony view of the sea was stunning and the hotel in all the communal areas was clean and tidy at all times. Sarah who does the entertainment was also lovely. The hotel has 2 outside pools, both nice and clean, one is tucked away on the 3rd floor so you have to go looking for it!

Our only gripe was other guests leaving towels on sunbeds and going out of the hotel! Sarah did tell us though that if we noticed this happening again we could let her know as they have a hotel policy against it.

Loved this hotel, clean and great service. The hotel had so many facilities: a roof top bar, indoor swimming pool, gym, out door pool, outside work out gear, sauna. Really nice bar area. It was great, would definitely stay again. Location also good.

Pool was cold, but think that was due to the start of the season, so has not warmed up yet. And not many vegan options for dinner. Especially as the puddings did not have allergens stated. However, the chef was happy to come out and tell me what was OK. But mainly just fruit for vegans.

We love absolutely everything from the first to last minute we have spent the time at hotel. Everything was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended this hotel 🏨

We didn't like that fact we woke up at 8 am and all sunbeds outside has been reserved by towel and pool had 0 people in. We have stayed at hotel 5 days and 0 days we had chance to get any sunbed. People just came left towel on all day and went away. Also didn't like that they was a group of woman has been drinking alcohol in the pool. I am sure this is family hotel and they should respect children and babies around in the pool. Some people has their feet in the pool and been smoking cigarettes don't even accepted that they was massive sign that they shouldn't do it. There wasn't problem with children but with adults! Definitely need some stuff to look after pool!

The location is central, close to the beach. Good value for money. The staff was welcoming, cleaned the room on a daily basis, nice facilities like swimming pool and lobby.

Dinning/Breakfast place always busy. Not much variety, especially for Vegan/Vegetarians. One day they run out of bread for breakfast, waiters start cleaning up early and turn off the lights in order for you to leave quickly. Not enjoyable breakfast/dinners. Besides this, our shampoo smelled rotten, I informed the reception and they just refilled it and still was smelly. We tried to see the rooftop during their opening hours, however this was always closed.

Great location, reasonably priced, food was really good, hotel/room were clean. Suite was comfortable, modern and had an ocean view. Nice small gym.

The description said the room was soundproof but we could hear everything in the hallways loud and clear. While we liked the modern minimalist decor, it lacked functionality. There wasn’t enough light in the room. And the bathroom needs hooks next to the shower to hang your towel. One last small detail is better furniture on the balcony.

Convenient to both beaches and marina

I would have liked a cool water on arrival as tired and very hot at reception. There was the mediaeval procession and staff did not promote such a very good tourist attraction although the hotel had an advert in the magazine We also told the reception staff that the booklet had a section in English that they were telling visitors that it was only written in Spanish. Staff at reception should be made aware that tourist attractions are partly successful if advertised by frontline staff
