Room and bathroom were spacious and clean, looks newly renovated. Bed was comfortable, room has a decent sized fridge and sink/plates/utensils which come handy for longer stays. Location is good, 15 min walk from main touristic area of the village. One good perk was to have complementary access to umbrella/chaise lounges/beach towels via their waterfront sister property, but you will have to drive there (free street parking in the area available)

Cleaning services timing was a little off. They either come early in the morning while we were inside, or late afternoon (while we were back in the room). There were a couple of occasions that even though we left for the day, and indicated we needed our room made up, when we cam back late afternoon room was not cleaned yet.

Everyone on the staff is super happy, friendly and helpful. I love that you get a beach card for towels and chairs over at their sister resort, La Mer, about a 2 min drive. The pool is nice with a hot tub as well that's super clean. The rooms are excellent with decent space and a mini kitchen, so you don't have to go out for breakfast. The beds are comfy as well. The first floor rooms have a nice outside seat with space. Upstairs have seating outside, but it's a tighter space and the railing blocks you a bit. Still nice, but the first floor is better. Adults only too!

There's not much to not like. I would say it's about a 15 min walk to the beach or into town. I choose it because of this, but you might not prefer this.

Very easy to find with ample parking up front and in the rear lot. Very clean looking lot with easy to see numbers and I believe they were recently renovated because everything seemed brand new. They had these fancy new age doorbells that when you were inside you hit the privacy or need room service buttons instead of the age old door handle sign. We had requested early check in and naturally that couldn’t be guaranteed but when we arrived the front desk gentleman was very nice and let me know the room wasn’t ready just yet but he would contact me when it was. We didn’t have to wait very long and got into the room without any problems! All the furniture and appliances were clean and functioned perfectly and the tv was massive. The bathroom was one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve ever seen. If you don’t like that the huge glass walled shower doesn’t have an entry curtain, get over it lol, it makes no difference at a functional level. The towels and bed linens were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. 100% will come back in the future and for a longer stay than one night for sure. Would love to test out the heated pool and jacuzzi!

I didn’t like that everything went perfectly. Sometimes I enjoy to complain. They didn’t give me that option haha.

The location is great. You won't be on the beach, but it's only a 10 min walk away. And, honestly, you have a lovely pool, so no need to feel pressed to go to beach! Washington Mall is just up the street...again maybe 10 minutes. Plus a supermarket very close. Room was lovely and very clean. Very clean. Great amenities in room- large fridge & freezer, microwave, plates, bowls, glasses, flatware, Keurig coffeemaker, complimentary coffees and teas. Very nicely designed and well thought out.

I liked the fact that it is a 21+ hotel. The rooms are very nice and fresh. We were upgraded to a suite upon check in. So the kitchenette was a plus: stove, microwave, bigger fridge. Each room has it's own outdoor wicker table and chairs outside the door.

We only had 2 issues with place. The bed was not very comfortable. And the location. Everywhere you go is at least at minimum a 15 min walk. The further attractions you would still need to drive or Uber to.

The establishment underwent recent modifications and they are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful with a fridge, microwave, complimentary soap and dish rag, a sink, plates, bowls, wine glasses, whiskey glasses, mugs, and a Keurig. The bathroom was spacious and felt pretty luxurious. When having housekeeping come to clean your rooms, they even did the dishes, which was highly unexpected and greatly appreciated. The doors also have buttons, accompanied by a light that will signify whether or not your room is in "privacy" mode, or if you'd like your room to be cleaned.

The room was humid for every day of the stay. My girlfriend and I tried everything to try to remove the mugginess of the room, but to no avail. When discovering you could open the windows, we did find that they were not clean at all. Lots of cobwebs. If you do smoke, you'll feel as though you can't smoke anywhere. The property states it's a smoke free property, but even just sitting outside, or walking around, you'll feel rather out of place and unable to smoke. This isn't a major problem, but if I can't smoke in the rooms, I should be able to smoke outside, or at least have a designated place to do so if possible.

The room was brand new, super clean. Room 15. The bed comfortable. The kitchen modern. The bathroom modern. Very comfortable. We will return the motel is very nice. We couldn't use the pool because weather was too cool to swim.

Our room location. Next to ice machine & vending machines. Don't take room 15. We heard house cleaning in the morning. We're awakened by people talking loud filling their coolers with ICE. 2. The Televisions are great but the ability to view local channels & to catch an evening Phillies game are impossible to find. The remote is very different from normal Xfinity and verizon remotes. If you Stream,it's perfect.

Beautifully renovated design, all new. Super comfortable bed. Loved having the kitchenette and Keurig. Good location for all of Cape May activities. So happy to have the included beach access at La Mer (towels, lounge chair, umbrella) with options to order food!

Wifi terrible. No remote for the mini split AC so you had to get up in the dark to find the buttons on the wall and change. Rainfall showerhead is nice but low pressure for some peoples preference. I was OK with it, my wife was not.

clean, location within walking/driving distance to the beach (great for morning runs), convenient parking nearby and easy to park close to the beach at no fee, adult-only, relaxed vibe and quiet

nothing really - it all met expectations. would recommend and come again at first i was a bit concerned about the distance to the beach, but everything is within short driving distance and parking was never an issue regardless of where you end up going

The property was centrally located approximately a walking half a mile to the restaurants and the beach. The room was clean, staff was very nice. Bonus you can use the La Mari umbrella and chairs

The shower! The pressure on the water was extremely light! Took a long time for me to wash and rinse my hair. I would stay on the second floor as you can hear footsteps from the top floor. Could have been a bit more reasonable
