The hotel was exceptional, offering an array of remarkable amenities. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk and valet staff, as well as the hotel’s convenient location, car parking, breakfast, and summing pool. Mariam’s unwavering support and warm hospitality were invaluable, and Omar’s assistance in handling luggage and providing prompt assistance was greatly appreciated. However, it was Yosef’s exceptional expertise that truly stood out. His comprehensive assistance and unwavering presence instilled a profound sense of security, and I felt confident in his ability to safely drive and park my vehicle. Yosef’s attentive nature and willingness to inquire about my needs further enhanced our experience. The owner’s commitment to providing such exceptional staff has left a lasting impression, and we eagerly anticipate returning to rent this hotel in the future.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in when visiting tangier, I visited with my wife and baby, and we were treated exceptionally from the time the booking was made all throughout our stay. We were given a WhatsApp number to speak to Eya for any queries when I made the booking, she was extremely helpful and answered any questions, and booked us a free pickup from the airport. We had a free upgrade and were given a massive room with sea view, and a cot was already prepared for us when we came. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen, buffet with many many delicious items. The cleaners were very good as well, and cleaned the room everyday to a very good standard. And the location and view was just 👌 10/10 stay would definitely recommend!

Not much to put here - it says the hotel is closed on Apple Maps - should be corrected because we didn’t know if this was a genuine hotel or not because of that. We also received a spam message asking for credit card details from the hotel via booking.com which made things more dubious. But once we arrived at the hotel all worries were relieved - this place absolutely exists and is wonderful!

The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect. The receptionist gave us an upgrade upon our arrival which we did not ask for, which was a very nice touch by them. Rooms were clean and spacious with the beds being very comfy, All in all my family and I were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel upon our visit to tanger.

The breakfast was very limited to more Arab likings, they don't speak much English which makes it difficult to explain what you want, so a suggestion would be to make it more continental and have a variety to cater for all people.

Times are different, breakfast was different. Still excellent, but there were more options and variations day to day than now. My family felt very secure when they were in visual distance from the entrance of the hotel. The hotel concierge staff was very vigilant of guests arriving and departing from the hotel. The manager Mr. Amine Berrada and his engineers transformed the attached restaraunts into an unbelievable nice restaurant with about 80 hours of non stop work. What was also pretty amazing is that my room was almost directly above and I could never hear the work being done. They had an awesome New Year’s Eve party in the new restaurant.

Not the hotel’s fault, but it sounded like people were drag racing in front of the hotel at 4 to 6am. I was spoiled by many of the staff during previous visits. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of turnover since December 2023.

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and polite and they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. It was my sister's birthday and they gifted us chocolates and traditional moroccan dresses which was very kind of them! Very grateful for how nice we were treated the entire stay! We were also given an upgrade on our room and had a marina view! The room was clean and the was great to have a pool too to come back to after a hot day! Breakfast is okay, plenty of options to choose from both savoury and sweet. You will need to ask for plant based milk if you need it as it not out but they are very happy to help and provide it. Thank you so much for all your care and attention and incredible hospitality, really appreciate all you have done for us to have a wonderful time in Tangier! Definitely recommend this hotel! Location is great too and close to everything, just short walk to medina.

Some of the pillows can be a bit harder but did have a softer one too and I should have probably asked for another so that is on me, also it's personal preference of course so not a big issue at all. Bed is comfortable though. There was an issue with the AC system due to a power cut which of course can happen and they were again very helpful and provided us with a fan too. So appreciate the effort to make things comfortable and accommodate any requests!

While my stay at the hotel was generally fine, I must say the breakfast was quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid. The offering was modest at best, with a limited selection of items that felt uninspired and basic. There was nothing particularly bad about the food, but it lacked variety. A few pastries, some cereal, and standard coffee hardly make for a memorable or satisfying start to the day. Fresh fruit and healthier options were sparse, and there was little effort to elevate the experience beyond the bare minimum. For the price, I expected more effort and attention to detail. If breakfast is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere or consider dining outside the hotel. It wasn’t terrible, but it fell far short of expectations.

Wonderful stay in Tangier – big thanks to Miloud! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a fantastic stay at Marina Bay Hotel with my daughter. The hotel manager, Miloud, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even offered us a free room upgrade and patiently helped us arrange a private car service, which made our time in Tangier truly unforgettable. The city itself is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I give Miloud five stars for his exceptional service and highly recommend Marina Bay Hotel to anyone visiting Tangier!

An historic hotel on the Tangier cornice opposite the Marina. Great location, only a 15 minutes walk from the Medina. The hotel has been refurbished completely and the interior is modern and well maintained. We booked a room on the internal side, overlooking the swimming pool, which was quite, while the rooms on the water front have a spectacular view, but could be noisy due to the traffic. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was OK, large enough and with a spacious shower. Breakfast is served on the first floor and offer plenty of salad and sweet options, including Moroccans and international dishes, plus fresh made omelettes or fried eggs. Very good check in and fast check out. Overall a very positive experience.

I recently stayed at Marina Bay and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is perfectly located, offering stunning views and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and attractions, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a breathtaking view of the sea. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from our room. The front desk staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and valuable information throughout our stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel welcome and well-cared for. Overall, the combination of the hotel's prime location, the amazing views, and the excellent service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Marina Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

However, one area for improvement would be the inclusion of toothbrushes as part of the amenities. It would be a small yet valuable addition that enhances the convenience for guests.
