Great size, well equipped apartment. 2 bedrooms, great beds. Lovely views over river. Daily cleaning and staff were amazing and lovely. Reception staff welcoming and very helpful

Large apartment for 4 people and just a two seater sofa so we all couldn’t relax to watch tv together. Two had to sit on dinning chairs. Second bedroom tv also would have been handy. Nothing though that would stop me returning

The location was wonderful and we had the most amazing view of the river. Several wonderful restaurants were within walking distance of the property and with Coffee Club just downstairs breakfast was covered. The apartment does have all the facilities to cook if you want, but we chose to eat out. The apartment was serviced and Coffee pods, towels etc. were replenished.

Great location. Clean/up to date/modern facilities

The particular room we were in didn’t have an aircon in the bedroom (it was sorta open plan & the bedroom doors were two sliding doors) so we had to keep the sliding doors to the bedroom open to get the aircon. The main downside was because we had to keep the doors open (for the AC) we were woken up by the sun coming through the blinds.

Very nice apartments in central Rockhampton. The apartments have all the amenities, including cooking and washing facilities. We were a bit disappointed that the steak place was closed the night we were there but the Italian restaurant served great food. Having Coffee Club onsite is also a bonus.

Excellent location with lovely view from the large balcony. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, and quiet at night. Particularly liked the fact that the hotel messaged that the room was ready, well before normal checkin time.

Would have liked security gate restricting access to underground parking

The view from the apartment was very good. Well set out with a separate bedroom.

The carpets and lounge need a good clean or replacing. We have been coming to Empire for a number of years and this time I felt not as comfortable. The toilet roll kept flying off it’s holder, not good.

All the staff -(reception, cleaning, some guy that just helps with stuff - like luggage) were all professional, however the top rating is because their attitude was completely customer focused! The quality of room and location were also excellent!

Didn't have breakfast. I came up for medical treatment. Googled a few places Empire Apartments looked very nice so that was my choice. Apart from medical treatment and also that I tripped on my way to my appointment everything was good

I liked everything

Very modern, neat, tidy and clean. Excellent location with walking distance to nearby shopping. Restaurants available in the same building. Undercover parking was available and secure.

The view wasn’t great, got the side street and old buildings but having the balcony was a plus so that’s forgiven.

The one bedroom apartment was large & spacious. Having a 2nd tv in the bedroom was a nice surprise. Busy location with lots of eateries & shops close by. At night, with the balcony doors shut, the unit is very quiet & I had a great night's 😴
