Had a wonderful stay at Central Cadro Panoramica! The hotel apartment is situated in a peaceful area with a stunning view of Lugano Hill. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking special meals. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, breath-taking views, very convenient apartment that had everything to feel like home, pleasant and relaxing pool area. Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort. Very nice front office team that made us feel welcome and efficiently managed all our requests. Thank you so much ,we cannot wait to be back!

The apartment was bigger than expected. Very spacious and high ceiling. Beautiful view to the mountains from all windows and two nice big terrasses. Plenty of towels that even got changed during our 5 day stay. Nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Staff were exceptionally friendly, The pool area were clean and green with the most breathtaking view imaginable. We will surely come back!

The pool water temperature could have been slightly higher for the kids - but nothing really to complain about.

There were no fans or air conditioning so the bedrooms stayed hot for the whole holiday. Fans for the bedrooms would be a great addition. We didn't mind driving everywhere but if you prefer not to while on holiday, this might not be the location for you.

We had no car and its tough because you have to walk to buses but we figured it out eventually. No nearby groceries and only 1 restaurant (albeit good). Needs a microwave.

The privacy, the staff was really nice and respectful. We had a crib and a high chair for our baby. We had everything we need for cooking. The view was beautiful.

The swimmingpool for children was very cold.

I loved almost everything. The staff is very friendly. Even though the reception only works in the weekdays in certain hours, we were helped by a lovely lady via Whatsapp to organize a self check-in and check-out. The apartment was very nice and clean, certainly big enough for a couple. I'd say it was very comfortable, we had all the comforts of home. We really appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker and the fridge. There were some gift snacks in the apartment and a bottle of wine which we found really pleasant. The bathroom is big and very clean. There is a spacious terrace with a table and lounge chairs. We had a great view to mount San Salvatore and lake Lugano. The swimming pool was a nice addition to our stay. I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Lugano.

While the location is great for the views, it is not very close to the centre of Lugano so you need some kind of transportation. And also the hills are challenging :D Keep in mind that you are renting an apartment so there is no cleaning during the stay (8 nights). We did get fresh towels once. The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable for us, but that is of course personal preference.

If you book the bigger houses you have to walk and cross 2 roads to reach the pool There are no bars or vending machines where you can get drinks or snacks

The hotel is located wonderfully at the hill overlooking lugano lake. A very beautiful swimming pool and with a kitchen equipped with all basic items you need. great welcome package for drinks as well. a good place to chill
