We loved the room. The king suite was perfect for our trip. Having a separate bedroom made it perfect for naps. The 2 tvs gave my husband and I the opportunity to watch our shows

No vending machines, pool was closed and their breakfast was sugar free .

The room was generous and comfortable.

I am surprised to see that we have a charge of $125.00 on Aug 2, which was our arrival date. I understood that we might be charged for incindentals, but we left our room neat and with no damage. How do I contact someone to have that charge reversed1

The staff were so helpful and funny and made us feel at home. Easy to find. Comfortable and clean

The only complaint was on Fri afternoon/evening our key would not open the door to our room. I went to the front desk and no one was there and I waited for 20 min for her to show up. I even called the front desk twice with no answer. I was then running late for the grooms supper that night. The late night lady (elderly blond)was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

Rooms are clean. There is a comfortable living room next to the bedroom, both with a TV.

Only cold cereal and one waffle iron for breakfast available on my first two mornings. On the third and final morning there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

It is an older facility and the key card was a bit temperamental. But overall it was nice place to stay. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Location was fine breakfast was to be expected they kept everything stocked Sabrina the manager and her crew made us feel welcome from the time you arrived to stay and from the time you left to go home they'll had a sense of urgency to meet the guest needs

Amazing staff, courteous and sweet. Value for money

Pool and spa services unavailable. Amenities we were promised when booked weren't available due to new ownership making changes. Under beds and corners very dirty. Not explaining maid service not available during stay. Booked as pet friendly but new ownership tried to deny us checking in since they changed to no pet policy. Only after I started to contact booking.com did they allow us to check in.
