Breakfast buffet was different each morning amazing hot waffles, bacon, ham, egg, grits beyond my expectations .

Good location. Desk staff was great. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. Rate was affordable.

1. Wish we'd known the pool was not open, before we booked. The description indicated that it was open. Disappointed. 2. Other guests next door and across the hall were extremely loud, rudely yelling up and down the hall right outside our door and letting their door slam shut repeatedly, late at night two nights in a row. We had early local engagements and poor rest. 3. When we were checking out, a male staff member assumed there was no one in our room and entered with a staff key. Luckily I was finished using the restroom and fully dressed. A rude surprise though.

The rooms/bathrooms were very clean. Beds and bedding and towels were all great and we got a very good night’s sleep. Nice and quiet too. 10 mins to airport.

Lobby is very uninviting and underwhelming. Wish I hadn’t had to walk through it because rooms were much better. Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Didn’t see anything but a bowl of green apples and sugared cornflakes. No meat, no waffle batter, no eggs, milk, juice, syrup or anything else. Staff had no personality at all.The morning person never made eye contact or asked how our stay was or goodbye or thanks for staying with us- nothing at all. Strange!

Location was great - it was easy to get to Downtown, lobby was clean, 24/7 coffee/tea, love the store set-up; snacks and drinks available. The lady at the front desk was sweet, super professional and checked me in immediately. She was super prompt, explained everything clearly and was great at multi-tasking. Breakfast was a good spread, the breakfast staff was super efficient, everyone was in a good mood, nice vibes & energy. Room was clean, could be a little bigger, but liked how the beds were firm, soft pillows and the TV had a great channel selection. I did have an issue with the bathroom - the toilet stopped working - told the front desk; they sent someone up and he fixed it. Quick, efficient and such a sweet guy! :)

Everything was wonderful the young lady that works over night she's absolutely fantastic. Friendly, sweet, kindhearted, she just a ball of fire and I applaud her. She deserves a raise. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job as well. No body knew that I am The Chief Housekeeping Supervisor. Your housekeeping staff treated me wonderful. They issued me my towels and no one interrupt my stay while I was there. Awesome Job to your housekeepers and an extremely amazing job to the young lady that works night audit. It was a gentlemen at the front desk the morning of my departure as I was in the breakfast area preparing to get my things to take with me he kept staring at me. Every time I looked up he was staring at me. Even when I left to go back up to my room he left from behind the desk and proceeded down the hallway. Luckily I was on the elevator by the time he got to the intersection .

Was in a good location

The property itself wasn’t the best. Due things not being the cleanest it could be and they claimed they cleans rooms every three days, but ours never got cleaned and we were there for five. Overall, it was comfy and great for sleep. The staff was extremely nice overall and was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed the workers! They were fantastic and made us feel like we were home! (: the staff was wonderful. So hard to find such a great place to stay these days but the breakfast was amazing, staff was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable.

It was honestly a bit far from where we were going every day. But the price made it worth it!

It was a very good place to stay. However, I book a King bed suite and it was so small, we could barely get through between the end of the bed and the tv stand, the sofa when opened, left no room to move, and made it difficult to get into the bathroom at night. Amazing, comfortable bed and staff was extremely happy, helpful and nice.

What I liked most was the staff. Each person I met from Erica who checked me in to the night person who helped with my first ever Uber experience. Their personalities were great, and they answered questions about the area readily. The location was a little hard to find initially, but was easy after the first time to get to. My reservation went smoothly and the room I was given was perfect for a senior to feel comfortable for being near the desk. I felt safe at all times, and it was a quiet location, although the airport was near and the planes could be seen outside, but not heard in my room. The breakfast area, lobby and coffee bar were neat.

The hall carpet was not clean; probably needs replacement rather than cleaning. It was not inviting to be the first thing you see when you come in to register. The TV at the entrance had what appeared to be R movie showing with provocative sexual images that were offensive to me personally. I should have mentioned it, so it is my fault that the channel was not changed to a more General/PG movie.
