The staff, the food, the service, the entertainment and the all inclusive package are all amazing. The reviews we read before we chose this place are all true and words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our stay. Special call out for our 3 musketeers in the restaurant, Mohamed, Ahmed and Ramy and of course Cherrie Coca who attended to our every need in the terrace bar!! The pool and beach area are immaculate, sit out late in the evening on the beach and watch the stars, incredible. Not often you find the total package, usually there is something that’s not quite right, but the Baron Palms is a stand out exception.

Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Egypt — and I’ve been to around ten different ones. The hotel has a very peaceful, slightly luxurious atmosphere. The corridors are beautifully scented with essential oils, and everything is spotlessly clean throughout. The general atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff are polite, cheerful, and hardworking — yet without showing any signs of frustration, which I’ve noticed in other hotels I’ve visited. The pool staff (especially Mohammed) were incredibly friendly. My room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping team were always smiling, warm and helpful. The all-inclusive service was excellent, the food was fresh, tasty, and offered a rather wide selection. Drinks were generous too, not rationed like in some other places. There’s also a free minibar in the rooms. Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to criticise even if I tried. I highly recommend both Baron Palms and Baron Resort. The main reception at Baron is absolutely spectacular. Definitely worth it!

Ambiance - everything has been thought of to make you feel the spirit of the Middle East, of course in a very stylish way. Beach - Access to the reefs is very easy, do not forget to bring a snorkel with you. Watching the corals and fish is priceless. There is no need to go on a diving tour. The hotel's beach is very convenient to access it. Staff - are friendly (especially Mohammed, who works at the reception, he is very helpful and friendly) Room - The beds are comfortable, housekeeping organizes the room nicely. Beverages & Food- Foods are delicious. You can find meals suitable for you.

Room - the furniture may be renewed Restaurant(Tiran) - The restaurant has a ventilation problem. You are exposed to too much cooking smell. The smell of food permeates you. A precaution must be taken urgently. Beverages & Food- The alcohol content in all-inclusive alcoholic beverages is almost non-existent. If full satisfaction is desired, action must be taken on this issue.

We visited for our honeymoon & we are really happy we chose Baron Palms, it's hard to leave this place & say goodbye. We visited multiple resorts in Sharm & Egypt. Dear Baron PalmsTeam, I'm writing to express my gratitude for my recent stay. I don't know where to start!!! Luisa, Milad and Mohamed Ali at the front desk...or Mr Mahmoud Rizk in the restaurant...Mark at the diving center...and the beautiful coral reefs on the beach...everyone was working hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. The hotel and rooms were super clean!!! I had the best anniversary celebration and will absolutely be returning on my next trip. Thank you again

Our stay was the last week in Jan 2024 and the weather was lovely, a cloudy day here and there but mostly sunny with highs of 25C. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Ahmed the bell captain who is a great ambassador for the initial reception and greeting with a huge smile. The check in was swift with attention to detail from the front desk team ensuring the check-in covered off everything. The room was spacious and very clean which was kept in immaculate condition by Mohammed on the 3rd floor team a true asset to the house-keeping team. We were all inclusive so there was ample selection for each meal and being an adult only hotel the tidiness and presentation was outstanding. Kahlead the AD in the restaurant ran a perfect department who always met us with greeting and ensured we were happy. Big shout out to the amazing Eman who made my wife feel comfortable when unsure on ordering not knowing how to order certain dishes. The restaurant chef’s did an amazing job of catering for all tastes. We had a lovely time and this was all packaged off with the support of Mr Mohammed Ali the hotel front manager who took care of our anniversary and ensured that everything was perfect and nothing was too much to ask for. Thank you Baron Palms for an amazing holiday. You rock!!!

I liked the hotel in general and the staff in particular. Excellent service level with a very friendly approach. The pool area is great with comfortable sun beds and an attentive staff.

The food could have been of a higher standard. The breakfast is good but many of the dinner courses was a bit tasteless. The rooms are spacious and clean but a bit outdated. I heard that room renovation has started so that will add value. The included beverages are all local and I think it should be clearer in the all-inclusive description that premium brands are at an extra cost. Beer should be provided in the room fridge, not only Pepsi and Sprite/7Up.
