This is the 3rd SpringHill Suites we’ve stayed in while in Colorado and is the best of them. All 3 have been excellent but this one is notably a notch above with all the staff being particularly friendly. I would also add their breakfast buffet service was the best with having 2 very helpful staff ever present and replenishing the food very quickly.

There’s nothing we didn’t like!

Convenient location to airport. Luckily very quiet on our floor the morning we woke up.

Indifferent staff at check-in. But there was an unruly, absurdly loud, large group of children (young athletes?) who descended upon the place when I was here. Noise for about two hours until someone complained. I think the hotel staff were overwhelmed and fed up with them.

Staircase carpeting helped keep the noise down. Our room was next to stairs and was very quiet. Also, hotel felt very new and exceptionally clean.

Be aware that there is a parking fee. We sort of felt that wasn't necessary, since they have a huge parking lot. But perhaps the fee is to deter those who leave their car there long term while they take a trip, to avoid paying for parking at the airport

Close to the airport, lovely big room with excellent facilities. Clean and comfortable and great value for money. Free shuttle service to the airport is a nice touch.

Would have been great if I could have had a late check out option but this unfortunately wasn’t available when requested at the front desk (I wanted an hour and a half).

The A.M. shuttle driver, Ryan.was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Good location close to airport and dining.

We had learned from other family members traveling in our group that the shuttles from the airport to the hotel were basically unmarked so was hard to determine which shuttle to take. We opted to uber after car rental return to save time and aggravation. The front desk staff was pretty indifferent. Could be more welcoming and friendly.

We needed to spend a short night near the airport and this hotel had a convenient location and price. The room was perfect for our group. We even had an early breakfast with more items than expected.

We didn't know that parking at the hotel was $14 a day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Layout of the room was great for our family. Just what we needed before an early flight the next morning.

Wish there were more pillows/blankets available for the kids pull out.

When telling someone where to pick up the shuttle, please tell them on West side, & the correct island to pick them up. Also, put your address in each room, so if visitor orders takeout food, they have the delivery address.

The location was nice! It was by several food places, and if we wanted to go any further, the Ubers/Lyft's in the area were fair in price. The hotel was clean, and above all else, the staff were amazing. I had to ask so many questions and requests due to work, and they helped out with it all. I'm super grateful to them for that.

It's a super minor thing, but it'd have to be the bar soap/body soap. I just had a pretty bad reaction to it, but that's more of a me thing than anything else. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend using it.

I actually loved the breakfast that the hotel serves get there early or you might have to wait a little For them to refill. Nothing too fancy but not super basic either bacon different styles of eggs depending on the day sausage toast bagels yogurt and oatmeal honey bunz muffins very good stuff.

Honestly five stars to the manager because even if he didn’t talk to his employee with the glasses and bang that works in the morning he at least seemed to care that she treated me poorly telling me I could stay at another hotel very rudely when I never said nor brought up anything like that to her in the first place I asked about split payments. The manager fixed the issue. Although it’s definitely more to that whole situation. Also this is far from downtown so rent a car or map up train rides because the A line is a 30 minute walk from the hotel but not bad at all with conversation and good weather. Buses are great and on time if you don’t have a car just plan.
