Location and size of the room were fantastic. Facilities were extremely clean, neat and quiet. Bed was very comfortable with bedding high quality . Kitchenette was thoughtfully equipped. Nice touch was the carton of milk in the fridge with tea and instant coffee provided plus biscuits.. Thank you to Lovepreet for the outstanding customer service during my 5 day stay, offering extra towels, refills in kitchenette and room refresh.

Room could have used a table since there was a kitchenette. Also some more comfortable chairs for the balcony.

Communication was great. We were told in advance how to access the property and of check in/out times. Room was very clean and all facilities were provided -iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge. Very quiet. Great location. Access to taxis, shops, restaurants, and racecourse.

Need some kind of handle on the wardrobe door. The extension lead for the kettle, mirror, etc. looked a little unsightly. Windows were difficult to open, secondary glazing very heavy to lift. Door keypads were tricky at times to access.

Absolutely stunning room (Room 1) 3 large windows and balcony, really spacious and loved the small kitchen facilities. Really comfortable and perfect location close to all amenities and attractions. 100% will be returning on next trip to Cheltenham. Great communication prior with access codes and parking facilities in front of the building reasonably priced and complimentary (6pm-8am)

Bit chilly when we forst got into room.but with the beautiful.high xeikings, it can be expected. 2 radiators in room which were on. Went out, came back later and room had warmed up nicely

The location is excellent and the Promenade has an easy going 'continental' feel. It's within easy walking distance of the the Minster, parks and gardens. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.

Although not a problem for us, parking could be difficult for some people. There are public parking spaces (metered) in the road outside the property but for a maximum stay of 2 hours. The property covers the cost of parking from 16.00 (earliest check-in on day of arrival) until 11.00 (latest check-out on day of departure) so - if you arrive before 14.00 - they would be a period not covered by personal payment. Parking is free from 18.00 until 08.00 the following morning and most guests arrive after 16.00 so not an issue.

Convenient location

No name outside to say you were in the right place. Parking was a problem, finding a car park that you could leave the car in overnight. Parking outside restricted to two hours. Booking.com stated a continental breakfast included, when I asked no breakfast included. I would have liked some drinking glasses for water to take tablets.

Wonderfully appointed well decorated room, easy access and great location. Clean and peaceful

The duvet was paper thin with no extra bedding provided - the heating wasn’t really effective and it was a cold night - had to sleep with extra clothing just to stay warm. Disappointing because, apart from that, loved the space and location

The location is excellent and the hosts were were extremely polite, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was very good and was cooked to each persons taste

The room on the very top floor was very small. The staircase to the room was long apparently 66 steps with no lift. However, both points were clearly stated in the description at booking. So it is clear that the top floor would not be suitable for a guest with mobility issues. However, it is a great location with very kind hosts.

The room was cute and had a mini-kitchen, including granola breakfast which was a nice surprise. The location was ideal to scout out the centre of Cheltenham.

I had no issue with the stairs but if you're staying on the top floor, travel light!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, even moving their car so that we could have free parking. The proximity of the hotel was amazing. Right in the heart of the city, overlooking a row of high class shops and trees, beautiful! The breakfast was comprehensive with a good range of cold starters and cooked food. The view from the dining room was the tree lined city centre shops.

The decor was a little old fashioned and not the best I have stayed in.
