The apartment was very well set out, clean and well equipped. Very impressed that the photos were a true representation of the unit. Close to amenities and a 5 min walk to warners bay lake front. Security was great and overall stay was very pleasant.
The initial access to the unit was somewhat an confusing process with only one phone having the app for access to entry points. With multiple persons staying we needed to make contact to get the code for the lockbox for another fob. The balcony sliding door seem to self lock when we exited onto this area, with the key inside this was alarming giving we had children inside.

Convenient for us. Well equipped.
Blinds didn’t shade very well. Room faced sun- so much glass. Needed AC on full all the time to keep the temp down. Courtyard dirty, weeds all through pavers. . Outside Lounge dirty. Unusable. We couldn’t entertain so we had to go out. Auto texts do not match reality of property so it was confusing. Eg. No fobs., being asked by the website to pay when we’d already paid through Booking.com. Garage open sensor doesn’t work all the time. Laundry not cleaned between use. Previous tenant left clothes in washing machine. Stairs from garage have no light. Unsafe. Given a top market price for a back street accommodation with no view it was over priced. We should have looked more closely.

Clean and tidy, comfortable lounge and beds. Pretty close to main area of warners bay and easy to get to beach, lake and shops. Good sized apartment and great that it has parking available. Great that it has air con and fans in the two main bedrooms.
Unmaintained outdoor area, covered in weeds and overgrown. Could do with an outdoor umbrella available as no shade to sit outside and very hot. Fan for area with single bed and living area would be great as very hot and stuffy in those two areas.

Friendly helpful staff, even with my human errors regarding the keys, the staff remained super patient. The location was brilliant especially to get shopping & the park. The apartment had just about everything needed for a trip away from home, cooking utensils, washing line, peggs, etc. was all there & easy to use.
No hot water in the kitchen, even after asking if it could be fixed & and a long time to get the hot water running in the bathroom, the laundry sink hot water worked ok though. The shower pressure was terrible, making it quite annoying to wash. The blinds in the main bedroom couldn't be closed, the light brightness from outside & brighynesd for daytime nap for my baby was a lot. The cord for the blinds in the lounge room wasn't attached correctly so I had to hang it up high away from kids. Microwave cord placement was a bit unsafe.

Well appointed serviced apartment, plenty of space, nice outdoor balcony with table, easy access via lift, secure parking and close to everything at Warner’s Bay.
Not a dislike, but more just a minor thing- only exactly enough plates/bowls etc for 4 people which is fine, but would have been nice to have a few more items in the kitchen to save having to wash up after every meal. Also, the lounge is only small considering it’s a 2 bedroom apartment.

Clean and spacious with lovely outdoor area. Great kitchen dining lounge area. Fab to have washer and dryer. Walk to local shops ( good variety). Close to lake and walking tracks. Lovely quiet space.
Stairs, I wasn't aware there were internal stairs and having serious mobility issues this was daunting. 25 minute drive to closest beach was disappointing but pays to google I guess. Some bulbs need replacing in lamps and light/fan upstairs did not work.

Top location, shopping centre a block away. Waterfront with walks and cafes 2 blocks away. Lovely big unit with 2 bath rooms and balcony. Car parking in a garage at street level. the Esplanade walk is recommended, there at sculptures along the way and great views
We arrived late on a 40 degree day, it would have been good if someone put the airconditioner on for us. Took all night to cool the unit enough to sleep. The instruction to leave the keys on the bench when leaving, fine if you don't have a car in the garage. Might be better to note that you can't get in to the garage when taking the lift down with bags. Luckily we noticed this or our car would have been locked in and there are no staff on site. A warning to get the car out first suggested, or a garage opening button near the lift inside.

This was a stunning apartment, suited us perfectly. Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again if i am visiting again. Walking distance to a number of beautiful quality restaurants and cafes as well as to the bay.
It's not a dislike per se, but your last instructions for checkout need updating as we didn't have keys or fob ;)

The apartment was amazing! Very clean and very spacious enough for our family. The location was also a huge bonus as it is close to all shops and cafes etc.
Just need extra towels and need to have AC in the rooms as well. Overall that wasn’t a really big thing but if on a hot night, the fans isn’t enough to cool you down.

The place was very spacious and clean. More than enough towels, toiletries, soaps for laundry was awesome. Didn’t plan on using but was amazing that it was on hand, came in very handy when needed to do an emergency wash.
Place advertised a ling and queen. However, it was a queen and two single beds. While the the two single beds could be pushed together, it is not the same as a king. We specifically booked this place because it advertised a king bed so this was disappointing.
