Room was really big, with the balcony and the garden view - not really a garden, but sunny in the morning and very quiet. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from. Staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready o assist with any inconvenience. Wellness area is small, but never crowded. Good heated pool - around 30 degrees i think + steam room and sauna - very cool place to rest after a busy day. Big parking - although was almost 100% full around New Year in the evenings - probably because of the restaurant guests.

-First morning there was a fire alarm caused by some malfunction - woke us up at 7 in the morning. -If you need water - you have one bottle as a complement in your room - or you can buy in the bar. For me water should be available for free in such a hotel. -Bathrobes were missing - needed to ask for them at the reception. -Last evening when we got back from the day trip to Gozo, we found our toilet clogged - maintenance specialist was not able to help as he doesn't have any tools. They did not offer us to change the room - just recommended to wait till morning

Hotel Salini lives up to its 4 star rating in several ways, the staff on reception, Dian in particular, were so friendly and helpful, she helped us with transport and other questions we had with a smile everyday. The rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh towels everyday. We stayed bed and breakfast, the choice at breakfast was amazing, hot food, local food, salads, yoghurt, fresh fruits, and a gluten free area. The location is outside the main St Paul's area, but the hotel have a free shuttle bus driven by the very friendly Joe, he's a great Liverpool fan and so nice to chat to. Three pools to choose from, all spotless. We enjoyed a superb couples massage in their Spa, I would highly recommend the staff here. ,

I would have liked some entertainment in the hotel, even piano playing or quizzes at the weekend.

Foyer and public areas were very good. Our room was spacious and well equipped with plenty of storage and worktop space for our belongings. Bed was very comfortable. The amenities were in excellent order and everything felt really clean. This included a self service laundrette, a small shop onsite. The daily presence of management throughout the premises was really reassuring. Staff were consistently attentive without being a nuisance and provided happy service that was infectious. Breakfasts were excellent with loads of options and seating. A brilliant experience. There is 3 very nice restaurants onsite and a few restaurants and a convenience store only a couple of minutes walk from the resort. The restaurants offered themed evenings and had a great selection in their menus. There is a complementary shuttle bus to nearby bays throughout the day. We had a lovely couples Spa treatment and the staff again were excellent and provided a first class service. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Salini Resort and hope to be able to return.

The hotel faces the coastline. We had a Seaview room which unfortunately doesn’t receive the sun on our terrace, however our view was excellent.

The Hotel team was very friendly

The coffee for breakfast was made with granulated/powder milk and was sweet.. we were taking only espresso adding cold milk at the end. No tea spoons.. even on request..the kids (2y) had to eat yogurts etc with big soup spoons Strange smells (like canalisation) at the reception, cantine, bathroom The dinner in Giuseppis restaurant was disappointing.. The service and ambient were very nice but the food... pieces of ice in sorbet.. veal served like a plate-sized fried Schitzel.. duck with tendons.. way overpriced..

The hotel was very modern and clean. Quiet hotel and location. We had an issue with the room we was given wasn’t what we booked but once we raised this we was moved within 24 hours with no issues at all Rooms was spacious, had comfy beds, shower pressure was great and robes given Breakfast was nice with lots of selection of foods, some comments about breakfast being hit and miss however we had no problems, good drink ranges too and cold juices. 3 restaurants, we ate at the napoli Italian a lot and was delicious with the friendliest of staff Pool was lovely, didnt stay in the infinity one as too many kids but there is an adult pool which was always quiet and always had sun beds no problems with this, bar at the pool too Staff was very friendly and helpful, again some comments about them being rude but we had no problems and they always was welcoming We didn’t use it but the hotel has a shuttle bus to go to buggiba and st Julians, bus stop opposite the hotel which goes to a lot of places, recommend downloading the talinja app Hotel had a spa and indoor pool, looked lovely but we didnt use this

You can hear the traffic outside if sat on the balcony and sometimes when the balcony door is shut, this didn’t bother us too much though Pillows wasn’t very comfortable I ordered a birthday package, which kind of looked a bit like an engagement package, because we moved rooms we lost the balloons ect which kind of felt like a waste of money Maybe the pool looked like it could have been cleaned as ?what looked like bird poo and some dead wasps but this obviously cant be helped as cant be cleaned every hour of the day Not a fault to the property but there wasn’t really anything local to do without getting a bolt/uber or bus, saying that though nothing was too far. Only one shop down the road otherwise nothing too close, there is however a gift shop in the hotel

It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were promptly escorted to our room. The accommodations were top-notch. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the sea .The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, balcony. The resort itself offered a wide range of activities and amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent our days lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, and exploring the local area where we enjoyed fire works at Santa maria's village . The on-site restaurants served delicious meals with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, our experience at Salini exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect getaway, and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is situated in a calm and serene environment, plenty of parking around for those travelling by car. Inside the hotel is always clean and smells amazing. Our room was situated at the 6th floor Superior Double with Garden View, and although at first I wished for a Pool View, I was not disappointed, since our room was super quiet where it was. Towels for pools are provided from reception, spa and pool decks. Food- we paid for bed & breakfast and the vast selection of food did not disappoint. You will find: cereals, yogurts, fruit, cold cuts, salads, bread, pastries, english breakfast, waffles, cakes and pancakes. Our favourites were the pancakes and pastries. Cocktails at the pools are strong and delicious. For dinner we ate at Vechia Napoli, staff were friendly, food arrived quickly and was amazing. We also got a discount on the bill for being hotel guests. The lady at the spa was really sweet and offered to show us around just in case we wanted to visit the day after. But we never did, since we visited in summer and wanted to enjoy the outdoor pools more. The infinity pool is nice, plenty of shade and deckchairs for everyone. This area is more for families with kids foreign students so when it got busy we moved to the adults only pool on the opposite side of the hotel which is a really great option for anyone who wants to just sit, relax or read by the pool in peace and quiet. No complaints about the hotel. Will definitely visit again

The hotel is based in St Paul's Bay a lovely quiet place with a stunning view away from crowded places however very close to any attraction or spot that you want to visit. Reception staff very helpful always there for any query.Basically everything you need in one place spa, indoor, outdoor pools. Lovely restaurant. Good sized rooms.

Unfortunately, food in a restaurant, we had ordered steak and grilled chicken We asked for well done steak and got medium then was taken back to the kitchen and overcooked couldn't eat that. Chicken was burnt and gummy very bitter. Such a shame coz everything else was absolutely pleasant and in good standards.

The penthouse was amazing — spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The room itself offered a great level of comfort, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The Italian restaurant on-site was excellent, and the breakfasts were also very satisfying. We made good use of the hotel’s amenities, including the pool, which were all well-maintained and enjoyable.

However, some aspects of the service left us disappointed. While the staff were generally okay, they didn’t go out of their way to be helpful. The person at the bar was a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. Although we were out exploring most of the day, the cleaning staff insisted on coming in during the only time we were back to shower and prepare for dinner — despite us telling them multiple times that we’d be leaving shortly, they knocked and called repeatedly, even asking us to leave earlier. Additionally, the luggage storage area felt insecure, as it wasn’t monitored and could be accessed by anyone. There was also a sense that unless you were part of an organized group or conference, you didn’t quite fit in — even as guests staying in one of the hotel’s top rooms.

Loved the hotel, will stay again. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel had lots of choices in activities and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful.

There were university/school students staying at the hotel as well, some who seemed to be in rooms next to me. They caused a lot of noise that went on late into the night. I know rooms aren't soundproof, but shouting, yelling and running up and down the hallways late at night wasn't helpful to anyone trying to sleep. I also had a group of them nearly knock me out of the way while I was about to get into the elevator, which they then took and I had to wait for another. This obviously isn't the fault of the hotel, but it was an annoyance while staying at such a beautiful resort.
