Lovely , spacious , and immaculate room . Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Valet parking on premises . Wonderful location

It was my second stay and I will go back again and again . The staff is fabulous !

Wonderful staff: Azriel (valet) was very kind as we bumbled in and blocked the entrance with our car haha! Juan(?) at the front desk was super friendly. We loved our room on the courtyard, very quiet. Everyone was super prompt; we never had to wait for service. The restaurant onsite is also really good.

The bathroom fan was extremely loud-fortunately the bathroom door was almost soundproof. Would like the option to turn it off although I understand the issues with that. Also would be really nice to have drinks in the lounge. We were meeting up with friends and stayed there for almost an hour with only water. Maybe a heads up so people know there's no drink service (there is a bar so we assumed). I guess this might be seasonal also.

Perfect location in relation to all the coastal spots Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square. S'mores service 5-7pm every evening, such a cute touch to make your own with the little kit by the fire. Friendly helpful staff, we arrived early due to our flight and I emailed to ask if they'd have a room early and they accommodated us which made a huge difference as we were exhausted!

The only thing would be a separate light switch to the toilet , as the sink was in the bedroom and it would be handier to not have to switch that light on. Everyone thing else was great feel like that would be the only thing but it wasn't a huge issue.

Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.

The room was on the small side but we were out and about most days so it was more than adequate for us.

The staff. Everybody, the receptionist, bell man, coffee server, maintenance person, and housekeeping staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The foods at Pescatore Tratorria were wonderful so were the servers. This hotel is perfectly located in the Fisherman' Wharf area and it was very easy to reach the Piers, crabs, shrimps, and chowder. The cable car turn around was one a block away and gave me super easy access to the downtown area. Naturally, Pier 41 was within a walking distance where we took a ferry to Sausalito. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

fantastic location. clean, well presented hotel. staff all very kind and helpful.

minor annoyance but the extra $34 charge is frustrating. the things it is supposed to cover should be included in the cost of the room.

If you use there parking they charge $75.00 a night. Next door only charges $30.00 a night. I would think that you could be more reasonable. Also had a problem with the air conditioner. Found out also that every time you stay there they should offer you a $15.00 credit towards the restaurant, we were there a few days before the last stay and it was not offered. Order at the restaurant dinner and requested that something would not be in my order and they said ok but when it came it was not removed.

Excellent location for cruising and being near the Fisherman's Wharf.

They ran out of s'mores very quickly before the time ended to have them and they promised more were being made in the restaurant so we could come be back 30 minutes later. Finally they said no more were being made to come back the next night. We were only there for one night so that was very disappointing! Also we were automatically charged restaurant credit of $15 to try to force us to use the restaurant that we couldn't use.

1. Queen room with Coit tower view was clean, quiet and comfortable 2. Lots of well designed space to socialize in lounge near reception and on the patio with a few games kids seemed to enjoy 3. Located just a few minutes walk from a variety of restaurants and Trader Joe’s 4. Good restaurant for breakfast on site but a bit pricey 5. Staff was overall good. I needed secure wifi to work and was given the credentials

I liked that we were close to Fishermans Wharf but a few blocks away. The room was big and spacious and clean. Close to lots of attractions or just to get to the cable cards, hop on hop off busses for tours or Alcatraz Port 33. Very centrally located. We were warned about the safety issues in SF but although there were many homeless people, we did not feel unsafe. Just use common sense and don't be walking around late at night. Close to a CVS or Trader Joes to pick up stuff for day trips.

Charging for water seemed excessive. First day when we had coffee in the lobby there was milk only to find out the next day the standard was creamer. That was a big let down for us as we don't use creamer - especially in tea. You should keep the milk carafe out for the guests. Other reviews talked of road noise if you had a road facing room. Ours was and it was noticeable. I found you could hear everything outside - people yelling or talking, street sweepers that go by every other morning at 4am. That was a turn off for us.
