The hotel staff were really helpful, especially the two ladies on the reception desk. My electrical adaptor didn't work and I was given one... (I expected I'd have to go to an electrical shop in Lourdes to purchase one...) Also I needed my boarding pass printed and they accommodate me with this as well. Breakfast was standard continental and there was no shortage of anything. Coffee from the machine was good too. The hotel is located amongst a neighbourhood of hotel and I felt safe walking back at night. Less than 100 m away there are lots of good, well priced restaurants and cafes. Room was a good size for a single. Ensuite was freshly tiled with new fixtures. The hotel was very clean. The bar furnished in a pretty cool way...

Nothing. Would have liked a kettle in the room, but I know it's not the tradition.

Nearby the sanctuary on walking distance (elevator available so you don't have to walk the hill). We had a spacious, clean room for 3 persons, with nice view on the green side of the hill. Personnel is friendly. Parking garage is available, to be reached from the hotel lobby with elevator, Breakfast was good: bread/ croissants, butter , jams, cooked eggs, cereals, coffee, tea, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit/ fruit juice, etc good price/quality

Swimming pool/ fitness room would make it super complete, after a long journey to reach Lourdes ;-)

Hotel centrally located and the hotel shared an external lift with other hotels to get to and from the sanctuary faster, Breakfast was good and varied, and the rooms clean.

The room keys at the reception were not kept securely and could easily be accessible by anyone in the foyer.

Amazing couples ( I think they are the owners) and little girl was at the reception, very helpful and very friendly. That man took care me very well including food and charger for my Laptop and phone.also the Little girl was at the reception went out of her way and booked the ticket for best train for at the best price for me since I was not familiar with the places and language.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in France. At the same time, the price of a four-star hotel is only one-fourth or one-fifth of that in Paris, but the service level is higher than that of a four-star hotel in Paris. The front desk staff are always happy and greet us happily.

The hotel location is very close to the Sanctuary.. And shares a lift to make it easier to get to the Sanctuary. The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were always helpful.

The room keys at reception were not held in a secure place but were accessible to anyone walking in to the hotel.

Great location, nice public spaces generous breakfast and friendly knowledgeable staff. Comfortable beds and good shower. Communal lift down into the town just outside (code required)

Rooms are a little dated and lacking air conditioning. It's was 34° but the doors did open, so it was bearable.

Hard to beat the location for the Sanctuary. Our room for 3 was spacious and comfortable if a little dated for some.

It didn’t appeal to us though may to others but the dining was too reminiscent of school dinners. Probably due to the large groups they seem to have.

Very friendly staff and efficient breakfast service and facilities. Lifts were quick but slightly noisy from our room.

Parking was quite far away up a steep hill so difficult for luggage handling. Room was in need of a refresh but still comfortable and shower was hot and powerful so good.
