Breakfast had good choices for the most part although the bananas were iffy. The staff were wonderful, smiley and efficient. The exercise room was the best equipped little room among those we've stayed in recently. Everything from hallways to rooms was spotlessly clean. Even though the highway is close, it was not noisy at night. Parking was free and easy. Great to have the extra seating in the largish rooms

Not much to improve on for a good stay close to the cape cod area.

Location is near major highways and roads to the beaches. Also next door to a supermarket and Dunkin’. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Rooms are clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Breakfast was average for Hamptons, but adequate. A/c worked well and was needed.

While the hotel is only 7 years old, the room decorations seemed rather bla. Parking was very tight. Choices at the kiosk were limited.

We found the property updated and contemporary which gives a great feeling of comfort.

First off, the staff in the dining area were wonderful and tried to accommodate us in various ways. But, The breakfast was a big disappointment. In today's day and age when so many of us are worried about processed foods this was pretty much a nightmare. To start there was no strong or dark roast coffee and no half and half only coffee mate which is a known carcinogen and attributes to Alzheimers. We actually went out for coffee one morning. There was no whole milk and skim and 2% are processed in ways that are not as healthy as whole milk. We hope you can upgrade on a few items in the near future. as we would consider staying there again.

Gail and Luella from kitchen staff are amazing. So friendly. Enjoyable to see every day!! Love that Gail whistles a happy tune and occasionally sings a line! Started my day off with a smile!

No discounts for people (like me) staying indefinite due to my father being placed on hospice - not knowing when he would pass. 12 nights for $3900 is financially draining on me (in addition to airfare and other living expenses while here). It was the end of my fathers life and it was important for me to stay with him until his passing and cremation. Consider giving discounts for families under these circumstances.

Checkin was easy and the staff helpful and friendly. Room was average size with the usual amenities. TV and wifi worked well. Fresh fruit at breakfast was above average. Grocery store and Dunkin’ were within walking distance.

Room decorations were dated and very bla despite hotel only being 7 years old. Parking at front of building was very tight.

Breakfast had good variety. Hot and cold choices. Loved the waffle station! Staff attentive to the food area and kept it well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom large and shower was awesome.

We were there a little early (along with quite a few other guests by the looks of the lobby area) and our room was not ready. Front desk staff very apologetic and got us in our room as soon as possible though.

Hampton Inn Amesbury is a lovely place that I've stayed at a number of times when seeing family and I always have a good stay here. Amesbury is a beautiful town with fun shops, restaurants, artisanal goods and crafts, coffee shops, Cider Hill Farms and more.

I liked everything.

Everything was clean. Staff was great. I liked having overnight staff.

I am here visiting my dying father in the hospital and I wish you had a discounted rate for people traveling due to such circumstances. I booked my reservation here for 5 nights for $1600+ then I had to book for an additional 7 days and it was another $2200+. I would like to be able to stay longer but simply cannot afford to. It will break my heart to have to leave my father during this time.

Great big shower, the lounging chair

We saw quite few(homeless people- men) coming thru back entrance,apparantly State gives them s vouchet 3 scraggly old men, all with walkers,at desk.then another came up..2 others, clearly challenged came to back door..That told us to NOT go to the breakfast buffet .who knows what fell onto the waffle batter or cereal .Too bad..My sister is a realtor nearby ,asked for my thoughts for clients coming into town for a recommend on places to stay..You just killed it! Bad way!

The hotel was wonderful. Shower stall was a no-slip surface which is very appreciated by older people. Only negative…breakfast quality. The scones were gritty and bland, the turkey sausage funky tasting, yogurt tasted like baby food and bagel was not a real bagel. Coffee was good!
