The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible and very convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights for me was definitely the SPA – both the facilities and the overall atmosphere were perfect for relaxing, and the view from the SPA area is simply amazing. I really appreciate complimentary shuttle to the main station. Breakfast was another strong point: a rich selection with good quality products. The service at the breakfast was super nice. Room was comfortable, big, well-maintained, and aligned perfectly with the overall vibe of the hotel. This was my second stay here and would be willing to come again.

The floor in the SPA area can be quite slippery, so extra caution is needed there. This was also the second time I was given an adjacent room, which makes it a bit less private. Additionally, I found the evening room service (turn-down service) surprising – while a nice gesture, it can feel disturbing if you’re not expecting someone to enter at that time of day. Lastly, the gym only seemed to open around 9:30 am, which unfortunately made a proper early morning workout impossible.

Location of the hotel was great, in the centre of town. Breakfast was simple and plenty of food to choose from. Our room was brilliant. We were given the suite on level 5 and it had the most incredible view of St Moritz. There was so much wardrobe space - enough for a his and hers unpack. Bed was very comfy ( though duvet was too hot and heavy) Separate toilet and bathroom, with shower over the bath. Room too hot, so we asked for the thermostat to be turned down which made a huge difference. Complimentary water too which I think is a must these days in any hotel! thank you.

The gym and spa facilities are very small - a bit odd. You have to walk past it all to get to the roof top bar - but that means walking past people exercising or in bath robes... and the sauna is mixed and "nude only". That was off putting. The views though are fantastic once you get your drink and relax. The staff in the hotel are very friendly - especially the bar/breakfast /front desk staff.

We were upgraded to a junior suite so it was a nice surprise. The location is central to the St. Moritz village and the cable car to Piz Nair is 3mins walk from the hotel. Great bar on 6th floor overlooking the lake. We did not get a chance to use the Spa but it looked great. Staff were very helpful and really looked after us. A shuttle is provided from the train station to the hotel.

Perfect location and accommodation. Great service. Tips - use bus 4 (stops at train station) to visit Nietzsche‘s house in Sils. Use bus 2 (stops beside hotel) to visit https://www.muottasmuragl.ch/en/. Bus 6 (stops beside hotel) can drop you by the lake for a walk and feed the ducks (which was great fun). Bus 6 can bring you to Celerina village and lifts. Loads to do in the summer, for an inspirational week.

Breakfast was excellent. I liked the choices. The bed was the most comfortable bed of my vacation. I’m so glad I chose to go to dinner at this hotel. The presentation of the food was amazing and tasted good as well. The waiters paid just the right amount of attention to me. They asked for my arrival time and picked me up at the train station and took me to the station in the morning.

Overall a nice place to stay. I got to spend time there only for few hours, but the room was nice - a huge, luxurious bed, clean and functional bathroom. The sky bar was worth visiting and had a great view over the village. The location was spot on. The staff was professional and friendly, though at times a bit distant. Free shuttle service to/from the trainstation was a big plus.

The building is old and personally I think some places and functions could use some updating. Minor things like worn down door handles and creaking floor on a lobby etc. The locking mechanism on the room doors was odd and could use some modernizising. But overall just minor things mainly related to the age of the building.

The staff are really helpful and everything just worked. The design of the room was well considered and made with quality materials. For some reason, we had a free upgrade to a wonderful room with a big seating area, huge walk in wardrobe, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. In the evening, housekeeping come round and literally turn your pillows into alps and put chocolate Toberlones on the foothills. Breakfast was excellent in their well furnished restaurant and the sky bar had great views and looked really cool, though we did not have the time to hang out there. From our room, we could see snow-capped mountains in the distance between the buildings.

Some of the pictures in the restaurant were bad commercial art in big gold frames. But that was the only mis-step.

The staff was amazing, even interacting with them days before my checkin. Upon arrival, they were amazing as well, offering a beverage on my check-in. A free room upgrade for both of my reserved rooms was provided. When arriving at the room, I was blown away at the quality of the fit and finish. The room looked like it was freshly remodeled, without the slightest sign of wear visible on the finished woodworking. I was amazed.

I didn’t have any problems, but my wife thought the tub access could have used access handles to aid entry and exit as the tub is very deep.

Staff were very helpful and like Christian, a delight. We were upgraded to a junior suite which we appreciated very much! The room was exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely meal at their restaurant and breakfast was delicious with a wide range on offer. Having transfers from the station was very helpful

Location was good for shopping, eating and bars and for the train to the mountain top. The hotel provided a travel pass which meant the mountain trip and buses were free...a great bonus. Staff were friendly and the sky bar is great to have drinks, snacks and relax. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the lake. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco. We were picked up with a free transfer to the hotel from the Station and return at the end of the visit

Breakfast could have been better. A better range of cereal and fruit would be good but it was fine
