Love the cottage style layout for family travel. We've stayed numerous times in the past few years with zero complaints. Our mattress was terrible this past visit, otherwise, we absolutely loved it!!!

Our bed was horrible this past trip. It was extremely loud AND the mattress was horrific (could barely walk by the end of the weekend). Never had this issue before here though...

The customer service from the staff was outstanding.A booking error by me was quickly and graciously fixed by the desk representative. A safety tip shared with me was greatly appreciated.The cleanliness of the 2 bedroom unit was excellent.

Had difficulty with Wi-Fi streaming for the televisions in main room and bedroom . Frustrating but not a deal breaker for me. The shower head needed to be replaced in the bathroom was an issue. A normal maintenance issue that can affect your customer’s morning preparation is more than a nuisance. Still I will be returning to stay in the coming months. I missed the recliner but realize it needed to be updated. It always gives the customer an alternative for sleeping upright due to medical/comfort reasons.

The size and the price of the rooms.

There was little to no back or lumbar support with the beds or couches. The beds were so old you could feel all movement from the other person.

We liked finding a place that had bedroom. Normally we stay in a hotel room and have no privacy when kids go to bed. Having a little living room was nice.

One entrance to the parking lot was really steep and you had to angle your vehicle coming in to not scrape.

Clean , good spacious house with kitchen and good beds and sofas

The Internet was very patchy and the TV’s were too dated specially with kids / toddlers sometime you need TV time for them and the current set up did not had any smart TV feature . The Xfinity was very very poor

Exactly like pictured. Staff was friendly and very home like feel to it. Loved our stay!

Needs a little more parking. We had a spot but it was close quarters due to the fact that other drivers are unable to park correctly. This is not the property's fault but if there was additional parking, maybe there might have been a spot available without having to park so close to inept drivers who bang their doors into you.

Great customer service and the receptionist was so nice to us. We needed to change our room due to network issues and she was kind enough to facilitate us in another room and make sure we were comfortable. The free cofeee is the best 💯💯💯👏🏻😄

The space was amazing, clean, neat and had many useful utilities, including pots and pans. Made it feel real homey

The only thing was the television had its issues. But it wasn't used that often enough to really matter. We had a laptop and a console available that we brought so no biggie on my part.

I think this is my fav place to stay. I love the rooms, it's always clean, and it gives me a homey feel.

The only thing, i spent two days in two different rooms, and the volume wouldn't work on the tv.

Very friendly staff that worked there. Very easy check-in. The place was very comfortable and clean..

We had the 2 bedroom suite and the smaller bedroom the mattress was not comfortable at all.
